I know sir. I have a flex fuel kit in my car and use ethanol. So do many of my friends including @highroller but to run E85 you need a custom tune. Secondly if you buy a 200L barrel then you have to worry about phase seperation and other issues. Lab grade ethanol in small quantities is extremely expensive. Someone like you would easily understand, just trying to give a heads up to OP since he may not be aware of the problems faced when running ethanol.

There's another easy way to increase octane.
Add toluene in high octane.

Well, to be honest fuel quality has improved significantly over the last couple of years. HOBC on ktuner/hondata basemaps works very well now. But when it comes to flex fuel kits, they only analyze ethanol. Without a custom tune there is no benefit to running E20/30/40 or whatever ratio of ethanol blend because the Ecu simply wouldn't know what to do with the ethanol content. This is why a custom tune is required to advance the ignition timing and boost etc based on ethanol content.

On a side not. Ktuner still doesn't support automatically raising boost and ignition timings based on ethanol on PKDM ecus. The tuner has to manually set the boost in the main tables. USDM and most other Ecus adjust these parameters automatically by analyzing ethanol content.

Well if we talk about tune. You need to update it even after changing headers.
You are talking about piggybacks i had stand-alone in my head .
Yes indeed octane number does increased.
Which can be further increase to 110 something. By adding toluene. And you don't need flex fuel sensor for that. But tune in any case.
Compensation tables are not mapped for fuel quality. They are mapped according to knock.
So don't except ecu will advance timing itself by watching fuel quality. It just the combustion quality which causes it to perform better.
