I agree with the advice of Mr. Ahmed. An auto is preferable since there is not much difference in fuel mileage as compared to a manual car. But it's your choice, so choose wisely.
Secondly the car has mount and certain other issues such as starting motor, ac, tensioner belt that crop up after every 50000 to 100000 km. You should consider this aspect before buying the car. The judder is most certainly due to a faulty mount. However, I don't think Honda will replace mount of a car that is out of warranty.
I plan to buy the car inshallah myself in February 2019. After a thorough research, I found this to be the only car in the price range that offers safety (not a thief magnet like new and old corolla cars), comfort (much better than new Suzuki, Faw brand local cars in similar price range), long term peace of mind (due to easy parts availability as compared to similar priced range JDM imported cars), and beauty (the best looking car even compared to the latest Hondas and the Toyota Corolla cars).
Commenting about cost, if your daily drive is around 60 km, the total maintenance cost with conservative outlook that include repairs listed in this thread and regular oil change will be about Rs. 250,000 every 5 years (about Rs. 45k per year). In case of inner city ride less than 30 km per day, the average yearly cost will likely be even lower (about Rs. 30k per year).
Since I will be migrating from a Suzuki crappy engineering car, I believe the repairs will be not an issue for me as I am used to spending a lot of time with mechanics. However, if you are migrating from a Toyota, I think a Honda might not be suitable for you.
