That's what I was afraid of but I just don't want to build my engine temporarily as I plan to keep this car. Any idea what would be the total cost? What should I be looking for exactly PCV valev?

No 3 wire iacv is stepper based while 2 wire is basic solenoid so need to be controlled differently. You can't switch them.
Have you tried putting 2 wire iacv on the same manifold? Like with an adopter.
Pcv ( pressure crank ventilation) that valve on the engine valve cover.
Sorry no idea about the cost.

You will find a hose from intake manifold going into the back of the engine. Just trace it.

Here is how to convert 3 pin to 2 pin. Its not that difficult

@Hassan1991 No I didn't try the adapter thing because I had both manifolds with me and since my guy told me that the one that came with the Auto CVT tranny is better so i returned the other manifold with the 2 wire IACV attached to it obviously.
@hasankhurshid29 Honestly I think i got lucky and found them both pretty cheap. They both costed me around 10-12k. And thanks for sharing the video bro I'll give it a try.

EXACTLY! It's not that difficult thats what I kept telling my guy but for some reason i think he wasn't able to understand the conversion. Once he did try unplugging the orange wire from both the end and for a while it did work but then again I was having high idle issues like it kept surging at 1500 and then drop back. So far my car is working fine on this ecu except sometimes when I change gear between 1st and 2nd it stays around 1500 rpms for a little bit of time and then drops back exactly where it should around 800.

It seems engine is low on compression. Better get compression test done from @dani_kk . It will show you the exact scenario. Did you buy the engine recently?

Yes I did about 2 months ago hardly. But the engine was running absolutely fine with the P6F-P01 ECU all of these problems started appearing after i changed the ECU.
Is there anyone who can guide me to a good and experienced mechanic or workshop who knows what they're doing ?

Ecu change cannot make engine smoke. First check compression.

As @hassan1991 said earlier, P2J-003 is the right ecu for this engine and believe me you can't blame it for the smoke problem.
In the last video posted by you, clearly shows that engine oil drain interval wasn't followed correctly in the past and it has literally cooked the internals. Use 10w30 SM Honda oil and drain it earlier for the first two to three oil changes.

I believe the engine wiring belongs to a cvt transmission, try to find wiring compatible with maunal transmission, if possible for you, for a tidy engine bay and easy diagnosis in the future.
Also change the IM compatible with two wire linearly actuated IACV.

Yes I do understand that it has nothing to do with the ECU but may be something went when they were changing the Intake manifold perhaps? Because I do remember the guy having a hard time trying to figure out that the local throttle body and D15B CVT Auto throttle body are a bit different. It took almost 12-13 hours for him to figure out the idle surge issues.

I've already changed my engine oil 2 times on this engine and my mechanic also said that it could be due to fake oil? Is that even possible? I got my last oil changed from PSO Phase 4 Bahria RWP? Oil jaali hone k kya chances hai waha se?

PCV valve is fitted in the breather port of the breathing chamber attached to the engine on right of the oil filter.
Here are some reference pictures of the PCV from honda city along with part numbers.

Except for the pipe, I think valve and the grommet are the same. Please exercise extra care not to damage the pipe while removing or installing the valve, this is a specialized rubber pipe made to handle high temperature oil vapours.

So comin towards the solution now what should be my approach?
Get the engine valves and piston rings changed? What else? I'm thinking to take my car to the mechanic in a day or two and then I will update you guys here.

For peace of mind, try to purchase oil from Honda 3S if you intent to use Honda oils. There is hardly a difference of PKR 50 to 100 due to sales tax deduction.
