Please do not resort to opening the head this much quickly, exhaust all your options at first.
As suggested earlier perform both dry and wet compression test to know the compression value vis-à-vis rings/bore condition.
If the results are not satisfactory try to replace/ exchange the enigne from whom you bought it, if that possibility exists.

Where can I get the engine compression test done? Saddar near Mithu Khan ka hata ?
Is there a place anywhere else close to Bahria/PWD area?
And replacing or exchanging the engine is not possible as you the guys over there ek bhi din upar hojaye warranty ka nhe suntay koshish kr k dekh chuka hu me =/

Can anyone watch the video and tell me if there's anything or any reading wrong with my car where I have my car connected and running on a scanner ?
Are all the readings optimal or as they should be ?

First check pcv valve and compression of the engine.
If rebuild is the only option then go for complete rebuild. You know things pretty well thus you can get it properly build.

I noticed the following..
@79°C , O2 sensor still has an output above 1 volt, thereby making the motor to run in open loop, this points to a dead/ sluggish O2 sensor until and unless the output comes below 1 volts.
MAP sensor reads around 40 kpascals which should be below 300 kpascals @idle.
TPS is reading some negative degrees (can't apprehend it correctly, change the unit to volts), but I checked it in one of your video, the outer casing of TPS was broken.

Update:
I have changed the valves seals and rings. The engine is working fine now took it for a short drive and everything seemed alright. The guy poured in 10w40 ZIC and I was previously using Honda 10w30. The exhaust was throwing water and a bit steam (due to colder weather i guess here in Islamabad?) And also that means right air/fuel ratio mixture?
Now tomorrow I'm going to get the car hopefully and rest of the stuff done as some wiring also needed to be done in the car.
Now I want to change my ecu from P2J-J63 (currently installed) to P2J-003 ecu. So can someone please guide me that was exactly needs to be done? Because already tried once before and it didn't work had the HIGH IDLE (1500rpm) or IACV issue and the car was throwing code 14-1 EACV circuit breakdown and code 20-2 ELD voltage high. I will post the picture below.

Yes it was broken but I replaced the TPS with the one I had in my older TB.

Close loop is when engine reaches it optimum temperature. Then ecu starts taking feedback from o2 sensor and adjust the AFR's
While in open it reads the filled map tables and supply the fuel accordingly.

Both ecu's have same wiring pinouts.
For IACV i already told you that you need to install 2 wire one. You can install a TB that has a IACV on it.
14 code EACV is for IACV.

So that means there's no difference between both of these ecus even if leave the P2J-J63 installed as is? If the scanner is showing no codes obviously?
With the D15B Auto CVT inlet installed? Because I don't I can go back to the entire process of changing the 2 wire IACV IM and TB.

No i said wiring will be same means engine wiring although p2j-j63 has an extra connector of wires for cvt. which p2j-003 doesn't.
Honda have same wiring for all obd1 ecus and so on.
But ecu's are different. Fuel maps would be different as well. And even redline in auto and manual.
For ELD If there's no error code with other ecu. I don't think so it's alternator. Might be wiring.

Is eld present in the fuse box? Because PKDM civic don't have eld. If the fuse box was not swapped when swapping the engine, most probably you don't have eld. Eld means Electrical Load Detector.

Better to get the manual ecu connected. Sort out the iacv issue and everything will be fine. High rpm can be because the idle screw messed up or throttle stop screw is messed up. So get the 2 pin iacv and manual intake manifold installed. And properly adjust all these things. You will have proper idle

Yes i understand that the pinouts are same for both ecus as theyreboth OBD2A. My car's redline is surely over 7000rpm on this currently installed P2J-J63 ecu. Checked it after the engine work was completed. So what I want to know now is that should I leave P2J-J63 installed if there's no CEL and the car is not throwing any codes? And also both vtecs are engaging. Or should I install the P2J-003 to get the most out of this motor?

I'll get ELD thing checked on both ecus to be sure if it's not a problem in the ecu itself.

install the manual P2J-003 ecu. that is solely for this engine.
