Honda N Box : Buying advice

Gentlmen this is my first post here at pakwheels forums.Its me asking for yoyr opinion on wether to buy a car or not.The car in question is Honda N box 2018 model 20 reg
The cars car inspection report is as follows

The owner asks 1420 however i have talked him down to 1370.Is it a fair deal.Hi syed Zain, your OLX Autos Car Inspection report is ready.
The car needs to be kept for family use and i plan on us8ng it for 3 4 years

Buddy, look at the auction report. You're buying a car which is accidented from the rear - plus a car whose spare parts will be hard to find.
My advice, stay away. Buy a clean regular WagonR (Pakistani) or buy an auction sheet verified japanese car with no accidental history.

Most of the rear is W2 in the report means dented/painted.

First of all Id like to thank u for the prompt response.Secondly im not concerned very much abt resale and parts or something and have found majority of the dealer hazrat selling same cars with doctored auction sheets.
That is why im a little confused as to what to do.PKDM are not rly my cup of tea.

Check out the car urself. Check the rear end if it looks bad. Also check if its rusted or not. Get a compression test done too.

I myself want to buy a car with original auction sheets.I have tried verifying its auction sheet through pakwgeels but turns out i entered an invalid chassis number.Moreover since ots hit from rear the auction sheet would only dictate the severity of the damage.
If you can help me in procuring it i would be most grateful

Turns out the mileage is genuine and airbags are intact .

There is another option as well.A mud brown n box 2013 15 import 55k driven .1260 is the price that weve agreed upon Only have to get it checked.

Following are the final comments as per this report:

Backside major accidented. (something not acceptable, at least to me)

The whole car is repaired with body filler except the roof which is showered. (again something not acceptable, at least to me)

Trunk is not opening (can be managed / repaired)

Rear both door's sliding motor is not working (can be managed / repaired)

I would sincerely suggest to avoid going for it! Else if, buy at such a price that when you are in the market for selling it, it gets sold easily.

Usually, mature buyers avoid buying a major-accident car (in which chassis / frame is compromised), irrespective of the price of vehicle.

Now, even airbags can also be bypassed by adding some I&C components, which bypass airbags to the ECU.

Yeah basit bhai im of the same thimking but the thing is you cant expect anyone to be true to their word.Specially dealers not saying all of them but majority cheat poeple like why are lying to poeple just for extra 20 40k,
