How people get jobs in UAE while sitting in Pakistan

ell guys i found my answer that currently without having experience going their is useless and if i go i can only get the lowest tier jobs
currently finished masters and have further plan of studying also going to join hbl as my father is manager in hbl and he asked me if i want to join hbl so i can send ur application to superior as they are willing to hire childrens ofoffucer level staff having graduation so i decided to do this job + more study when i get something in my hand then will decide where should i go
and even if i go now n then i will go just myself bcz i am single and not going to marry for next 5 to 6 years so keeping in mind the expenses of single person i will made my decision

I would like to appreciate the input of brother @capsat fairplay to you they way you are giving some honest feedback that how things work in real life.

Can you please advise does a good job also offers a family visa ( means can I sponsor my mom , brother & sister) or it has to be your spouse & kids, as I am planning to move down the road UAE or some where near to Pakistan..in the meantime I have already gone through the tough times & spent my youngster life in Europe so just checking if relocation is worth it in terms of sponsoring the family members stated above.

To sponsor your family first the visa should be of the status with which you can sponsor family. Secondly minimum salary to sponsor family should be AED 5000/- Then you have to have a tenancy contract on your name. With all the required documents, you can apply for their residence visa.

To sponsor parents, as per the new law, the salary should be 20,000/- Dhs and a contract of 2 bed apartment.

I think brothers and sisters can be sponsored as well but there is an age restriction.

You can easily get visit visas from tour operators for anyone for 14 days till 3 months.

Can wife sponsor her husband? what are the rules regarding that... In Australia and EU countries, if any of the spouse gets a visa, the other one is also granted visa automatically.

Everyone seems want to work abroad - recently my friend went to UAE on visit visa for job hunt. Point is in Pakistan the jobs are getting scarce and even if one gets a job the salaries are same as was 5 years ago and then we have huge depcreciation of Rupee against $.

Hiring a Pakistani is not the 1st option as we are not liked based on their experiences with Pakistanis.

Most importantly, middle management is mostly with Indian's so they encourage hiring from India.

Secondly, there isn't any thing that we are not liked because of the experiences they have had with us. It's just some Pakistanis have spoiled the name of others because if sime deeds. If a Pakistani is capable enough for a job he will get it. I have seen many places where the Arabs like Pakistanis and even like talking in Urdu. Sajid @salarzae may confirm the same about Majid al Futtaim.

No doubt there are many Indians working here and its because it's a big country with more educated people coming in UAE as compared to Pakistan. Secondly, they have a more professional attitude towards work. It doesn't mean they know more but an Indian will easily chukkofy as compared to Pakistani.

I am not married -_- and even if that was the case, i would have been trying to go to Australia and other such countries where if one gets visa, the other gets automatically. I am sure goraas are better then arabs

You are lucky you are single and can struggle for a while to establish yourself well.

Bro Thank you for your input but my question was not at all regarding this. The matter of "spouse sponsoring" was answered already and i asked it just to get an idea about the rules in UAE. Your PM is disabled otherwise i would have discussed it with you. Basically i am a fresh grad engineer and wanted to consider my options...
