How to build a Motorcycle from scratch

Assalamualaikum brothers
Firstly i have very low knowledge about motorcycles but i always had passion to build it someday

I don't have much money too, my daily driver is power 70, but i want to build a powerful enough motorcycle for tours,

What I'm thinking of is:

Suzuki GS 150 frame
Ravi piaggio fuel tank
And any good 200-250cc engine that i can fit

But i don't know where to start, I want to buy a frame first and i slowly want to collect all the parts and then get it assembled in the end

I'll share a rough drawing soon about what I'm thinking
Kindly if someone knows where can i get the frame please let me know, because i don't have market knowledge too

The gs150 frame would be more expensive than a working ravi. Buy the ravi and swap in a 150-200cc chinese engine and get good brakes but the gs150 frame would be better.
Also keep in mind that swapped bikes are not reliable and you experience a lot of issues so its not good at all for touring.

sir ji please do not forget the registration papers when you buy a frame. Without registration documentation any machine moving on roads is illegal. Even a khota gari tonga & horsecart need a Registration TOKEN by law. ( am not sure if that is still practically applicable or not but such law exists in subcontinent before my birth ) A4 wheel horse carriage aka victoria of my father's dada is at storage in sahiwal has a 8 x 8 inch regn plate white with black wordings. 1936 was regn date, token of Rs. 5.00 was paid in 1973 valid upto 1975.

I wud recomend a derbi/wego/paiggio cahsis as it is far more robust and far more cheaper then a GS150 chasis.

Sure brother! Tbh honest I'm Workin to estimate the budget at this point, I'll start by sharing some sketches of what I'm trying to build, but first i have to find a bike

Why don't you go for the GS 150. Older model, just working condition. Check the smaller cities like if you are in Lahore, go towards Sahiwal and other towns near it.
One of my Friends bought a Suzuki GS 150 (2007 model/Okara Number) just working condition under Rs. 40K.

If I make the frame myself which is super easy following online dimensions. But is it registerable??

buy a bare bone registered bike from scrapyard with papers, use the frame number bone over your custom chassis. That is only way to have a retrofit street legal 2 wheeler.
