How to raise ground clearance

Recently bought a 2015 Toyota Fielder (Hybrid G).

It came with 185/ 55 / R16 wheels. (Which are low profile tyres)

What is the best way to increase the ground clearance on this vehicle? It cannot go over speed bumps without touching. I want to increase ground clearance to same Pakistani Toyota Corolla.

Spacers? Bigger Springs? Bigger tyres? Anybody had experience in doing this?

If you touch the springs, won't be as comfortable anymore. Spacers and bigger tyres. Saw Axio a few days ago, owner had made it almost a camel from behind, lol. But then I don't blame him. The heart sinks when car touches a breaker...

Easy and cheap way is putting 1inch spacers at back but it creates stability issues on highway.
Better way is to put Bigger size Tires almost not recommend but they do a better job. If you can find 195/60 R16 size which is 1- 1.5 inch bigger in size and may solve the issue to some extent.
But it's the expensive way those shoes are gonna cost you some 40k.

If I install 195/60/R16
I will be increasing the wheel circumference by 5.0% and the outer tyre diameter will increase by 1.18 inches compared to the current tyre I have on it which is
185/ 55 / R16

The only problem is that the only brand selling this size of tyre is Taiwanese NANKANG.

Anybody had experience with Nankang? Are they decent tyres?

In Pakistan Yokohama is not selling 195/60 R16.

They are not that much good if compared to Yokohama or continental but I have heard good reviews about them here on pakwheels regarding their prices range from some members.
Do some research if you are satisfied then get them.

Or you can just try half or 1 inch spacers first and see how it goes. If they get the job done and the car drives fine having no stability issues then keep the spacers.
It's easy way and will save you from spending that much on Tyres.
If not go for the Tyre change.

I think I would prefer to start with tyres and only go to SPACERS if the tyres is not enough lift.

I have same size tyre in my Fielder and just fix 1.25inch spacer back side and no problem since than .

Brother don't play with the suspension at all. 205/ 60 R16 Yokohama Advan DB available. You will be happy in sha Allah.

Nankang is the other company of yokohama...
im running nankang ultra sports ns series in my car no problem at all.. braking n grip is good

rather than change tyre n size do install 1 inch spacer it will solve your jump problem.

Has anybody tried using BG LUXO PLUS tyres by General?
They have 195/60 R16 size available.

Any thoughts on using this tyre on a Toyota Fielder 2015?

I have come to conclusion using my limited knowledge and the internet that the Yokohama’s ADVAN dB 215/55 R16 will be the best tyre the Fielder.
Will go to a tyre shop and see if they agree.

I can you tell you the best way to increase the space put two jacks under the car and it will raise the height of the car​

Yes sir. New tyres installed Yokohama 205/55/r16.
They are working well.

Sir aoa Bigger tyres are fine if they are within manufaturere specs but other than that please do no do any alteration as it will put your safety at risk Car may get out of control on high speeds when making turns Road grip can become less Car can become uncomfortable If issue does not resolves after going for big tyres then sell the casr and buy gli

Yokahama 205 55 r16 are working well. No issues. Vehicle has great road grip still.
