How to Tune(chipping/standalone/piggyback)basics and advance

slam tuning gurus... ive got a question...
i own a honda city 2011 wid sm basic mods(CAI. 2" free flow piping and free flow exhaust)
i was planning on buying a piggyback vtec controller,,, that wud give me the option of changing various parameters e.g AFR, valve timing, vtec crossover etc...
my questions are:
1. wat sort of power gains should i expct after tuning(cnsidering these mods) if i get myslf a piggyback??
2. im currently strongly considering the camcon H ivtec controller... what du u ppl thnk abt it...???
any other options or prsnl experiencs with ivtec engines are more than welcm...
(PLz keep in mind future plans incude sm playing around with TB and intake manifld...)

Do run ur against some stock car as usualy city get slow after CAI.Infact the reason is an engine management system is required.A smarter choice is K&N replacement thts it.Its also wet like oem filter n now we have dealer in Pakistan Finally

they have tall claims but havent heared sum1 using them so better go for something from Hondata,Greedy,K Pro etc which are already used.

please share you setup what head do you plan on using? and are the rods and pistons exactly the shape and size of that of d16z6? do you know the rod length and piston height?

[I]depends on what you want - the omex one is a fuel cut type and the bee*r is ignition cut type
i have no experience with the omex but i have seen bee*r in 1jzgte/2jzgte stocktwins and single big turbo 4efte and they work like a charm for more hands on experience with the bee*R you should contact DATPAK but be careful bee*r will damage your turbocharger(EXHAUST HOUSING/BEARINGS/TURBINE/EVEN THE INLET COMPRESSOR will be at stakes and also the exhaust system that includes cat-convertor*if you have one* piping/exhasut manifold etc) bee*R is vicious but is a serious off the line power builder!

looks like you have a head from d16y8 yes this is doable but the setup u just mentioned is ideal for Allmotor setup not for a turbo one becus this setup of yours will somewhat make around 10compression which with a turbo one should be careful or otherwise use a lowercompression metal head gasket and do not add the block guard either leave it stock or get the block sleeved whats your target hp? and boost

Pistons are 9 compression.and im not sure about boost or hp that is y im asking for advise.

[I]the stock d series block and internals can go upto 200-220hp with proper oiling and fuel and a good tune and with forged pistons you can cross 220hp range[/I]

[I]well it depends if you want to stay say around 5-10psi a stage1 organic clutch with heavy duty pressure plate should do fine but just to be on the safe side ill surely invest money in a good clutch you'll be getting one NO!? why not get a good one in the first place so i'd get a 3/4/6puck clutch with a heavy duty pressure plate and say a 15lbs or 14lbs flywheel
Note lightweight flywheels and turbos are a bad combination once the turbo starts LAGGING the light weight flywheel will make it worse
so you should just stay around 15/14lbs

if you plan on boosting further so you should invest in a 2.5/3bar map sensor that will allow you to raise your boost the obd1 map sensors can't read above 11.2psi and the obd0s cant go above 10psi so that stock block should be able to hold 1bar+boost and below 380hp but since you said that the block is going to be bored out i wont use this block for boosting make sure your mechanic rings the gap properly so that it wont wear the rings they should be a little looser than the factory specs just a little looser not too tight not too loose but still i'll look into another fresh z6 or a d15b block just to stay safe
rest you need a good tuner how much boost and power you plan on making?

i have seen builds that went above 400hp on stock sleeves you should be fine till 300hp around 1bar boost after that one has to be careful becus the fuel and oil quality we have here is crap get some sleeves and you could go above 700hp
3bar new map sensor will cost you around 10,000rs and yes chipiing is the best solution

i got a walbro 255 lph didnt install it yet , what difference would it make with stock injectors ?
i have a d15b all stock
does it needs any tuning after walbro pump ?
does installing fpr with stock pump be benificiary ?

besides tuning plz also elaborate about driving to get the best i only know 2 things , keeping the traction is my main concern bt shifting fast is also required bt when ever i do fast shifting i loose traction a bit
whats the power bands to shift on d15b single vtec with s40 trany to get the max
i feel a slow response after every shift ,why is that ?is the clutch n pressure plate faulty ?
n when ever i give a hard launch n keep the traction the car is like jumping from front why is that ? tyre issue ?
