I was considering one of those but left it they had only 200 of those and weren’t worth buying as they didn’t have simple features like push start traction control etc

Yep, only safest crossover option in Pakistan is sadly sportage... all others are either displaying non serious attitude, long delivery waits or embroiled in cases that could open up in a few years, sad to say...
Kia., in my opinion , is the best car company at the moment. They should have launched a sedan instead of sorento , rio or cerato.
I dont think it should be much of a concern for Hyundai. Elantra is competition for Civic and Corolla. City is too small and basic car, specially in Pakistan. No airbags, no nothing. Drive is very hard and harsh. Its a full step down from rolla/civic/elantra category. City would complete with Yaris and Alsvin.
The new city will come with airbags and may be other toys as well . We will see the response when its launched.
Prob is, the new entrants esp Kia introduced crossovers in the same price bracket, which stole car sales from flagships of Toyota and Honda... I guess sedans launched in the same bracket can only be expected to have limited sales
Agreed just wait till lucky brings Peugeot 2008 it looks like a very nice car and will really give a tough time to the sedans

If priced reasonably would definitely be better compared to altis 1.6
That does not make sense to have a sunroof BUT remove stability control.. if it's like that then its pathetic. Even Yaris has a VSC standard. Also GLS badge on all also seems a mismatch
Don't expect it to be below 3.5..
Actually there are two variants expected in 1.6 engine one with sunroof (fully loaded) and one base variant and this is base variant. So in this case we can expect base variant would be below 35.
Yes having GLS badge in all variants is mismatch.
