NO, The USDM Corolla is 1.8L. Only the SE and XSE trims which are the expensive variants are 2L.

This is oem infotainment having apple car play and android auto unlike Tucson one which is a local unit.

Very crisp and clear vocals and too much bass.

Almost like my Honda Reborn oriel or you can say even better.

Infotainment is company unit which is integrated with ecu. Every action you do also shows on car MID screen of car like which song you are playing. Which radio station is playing.

Also when you select any drive mode it also appears on infotainment system.

Infotainment system is very fast ,there is no delay when you start a car .

No matter how quickly you start the car and put it in reverse the reverse camera shows up.

One thing i noted that reverse camera although very good in resolution didn't guide you much about position of car. You have to use side mirrors frequently.

While our reborn oem camera althoug 11 year old .you can reverse park your car between two cars using only camera without even side mirrors

That's absurd, to say the least. Reverse camera should never be used to park between two cars.
Rear view cam is there to guide you about the distance against any obstacle while parking since you don't have eyes on your bumper.

so it means its not a wide angle camera. usually all good quality reverse cams are suppose to be approx 170 degree wide angle.

I was personally dead set on buying the Civic X as was quite unimpressed with the elantra online. Went to both Honda and Hyundai dealers and honestly the difference in quality in both cars is absolutely shocking. Honda paint had horrible orange peel, bad gaps in exterior parts and very low quality hard plastic interior. Elantra in comparison had much better paint quality, better fit and finish and much better feeling soft touch decent quality interior. Made me completely change my car buying decision. The infotainment system having android auto is a huge plus as well compared to the low quality local honda infotainment system. My only real concern now is the nu 2.0 engine's reliability. The r18 in comparison is a well known workhorse lasting over 500k kms with good maintenance while the nu 2.0 has had some issues internationally a few years ago. Would really appreciate it if anyone can give me a good idea of this nu 2.0 engine's reliability as I would want this car to last me 10 years or 300k kms.

The engine seems pretty reliable, however your main concern may be maintaining it properly. Just take extra care of it if you go for this car, take time to understand the owners manual. And never entrust ANYTHING to local mechs, seek services from the dealership and that too under supervision if poss...

Saw an Elantra in black yesterday around sunset. Those DRLs look NICE!!!

This car is much better looking in person and it seems the pictures don't do it much justice!

It seems like these engines had some machining issues which have been mostly sorted. Most hyundai/kia engines have an issue of very high oil pressure spikes which makes them very dangerous to use with non-oem oil filters. International recommendations are to use any decent quality full synthetic oil with oem filters for 8000kms for these engines. I am slightly concerned with its performance and knock resistance with regular octane fuel as hi-octane has gotten up to unaffordable levels again. Also would really appreciate it if someone can post a pic of its manual with the maintenance schedule listed.
