If Lucky group brings a small crossover it will be a game changer in 3-4 million category. The same exact way what Vezel did when it was being imported around 3-4 years back. People love small crossovers even more due to their versatility.
Don't expect that from Mansha sahab and party. they always said, their product are premium, they cost more and they don't compete with the current lineup in the market.
Some sense has been restored in Mansha party after the debacle of Tucson. The base model of Elantra will also miss many features like push start, auto climate control, it will come with 15 inch rims etc.
So Hyundai Nishat is all set to launch Elantra, Just read from Pakwheels. Sad to listen there is no base variant

For once, I'd like to see Pakwheels be right about something.
PakWheels is completely incorrect. And Elantra pushed back to March. Nishat is making more units to cater demand.

I personally don't think base varaint will start at 3.1 Million.
Locally assembled Elantra
This is the base variant as you can see halogen lights. Other two variants have LED headlights
Alloywheels are same as in Indian Elantra. May be features also the same.
Actually, there is no other design in 16inch rims.
Two variants will have push start, climate control and most probably cruise control aswell and electric seat in top variant. Base variant will miss these features.
Should I wait for Elantra/Cerato by leaving the idea to purchase CIVIC
