Honestly, this is Pakistan. Every other manufacturer is doing the same.
The factory puts out a unit in good condition, the transport people or showroom staff mishandles it and they're the ones that cause minor issues (dents/scratches).
Then they try to repair and hide it (same across all dealerships). - this is where they're wrong.
But to be honest, in your case, if you had not taken the delivery (signed that you've received your car in good condition) you could have fought for a different unit altogether. But in the current scenario its actually good that they're willing to give you a free replacement bumper (very few manufacturers in this country are considerate enough to do this after the delivery has been taken)
I would suggest get the new bumper and enjoy your ride.
Bumpers usually do not effect the resale much. Plus you can also request for a receipt as a proof that you got it replaced in warranty due to manufacturing defects. (that would further prove your case at the time of resale)
