Hyundai now says that the dealership where the complainant booked Tucson is not authorized to sell Tucson due to certain "legal requirements". They also say that they are not liable for any such bookings at unauthorized dealerships.

How convenient.

I have seen Hyundai showrooms in lahore, heard even in khi, staff talking with customers who wants to book Tucson very rudely especially Hyundai Airport, very untrained, un professionals, no customer care... they are mafias.

Kia walays are much betters, many ppls move back to sportage saw these behavior.

if vendor is being an ass to customers, customer has choice not to pay. Simple as that! If customers dont buy their stupid product - they will have to pack up and leave the country.

If these dealerships / stealerships are so bad, and have rude, arrogant staff, with lots of attitude problems; then why don't people stop buying cars from them???

Why are people dying to book Tucson? Can't they wait and look for alternatives?

When people will be dying to book cars by hook or by crook, or by any means, then I fear, such things will definitely happen here.

If people will have patience, or boycott any such practices, then things will automatically get better.

I have heard same complaints here in twin cities.

There is one famous auto parts dealer in Pindi who owns and keeps on changing 3S dealerships as per current trends. What professionalism (of operating an authorized dealership) you expect from such a guy?

Saw the car yesterday , due to rainy weather there were very few people in showroom , checked out the car in detail
The car is gorgeous from front and much better in real from back than in pics.
Today gave payorder , tentative delivery month is March.
Now they have started bookings for April for FWD and August 2021 for AWD

I was surprised as well when the sales manager said August, maybe its a tactic to divert sales towards FWD , god only knows what's happening, today there were so many people with pay orders to book car .
I'm in Islamabad incase anyone is wondering, went to their I-9 showroom.

Production is low. Below is something I got from someone working with Hyundai and I quote

" 150 units will be produced in August
150 in September
250 in October,
250 in November and then
400-500 in December and onwards "
