It's pretty okay. But experience varies from dealership to dealership. For example the dealership closest to my home was hyundai airport, and when my vehicle arrived, it did not have complete tools/equipment.
For my first service I was in islamabad, and they were very professional, though a little careless at first (typical behaviour) but upon my request brought their torque wrench and followed the service manual for re-tightening of nuts. I had the typical alignment issue, they adjusted it twice until I was satisfied. Plus I was unable to put the back number plate, they sourced the right screws and put it up (complimentary).
In Lahore I used the jail road dealership, though its a little tight, but being company outlet they too are professional and alright. Have decent equipment for regular services.
The oil filter was the only item that I had replaced twice, and at that time comparing to kia dealership it was about 150Rs cheaper. The oil used is shell, and they charge the amount that is written on the can, and don't add any premiums on it.
So overall its equal to any other dealership, as long as the owner has a little information of their vehicle. Because the labour here is like anywhere else, kaam chour and jugaaru, if you leave the vehicle unsupervised they'll be sure to work shortcuts and mess something

I did not complain for the infotainment, because I knew it was useless; though I heard the dealerships promise a software update after receiving complaints from other users. The unit used is from the local company (tracking-world, if I remember correct), they also supplied to Honda and I've always found it to have such issues, even in Hondas. Jab contract he ghalat company say ho tou complaints ka kya faida.

As for the paint, I did complain, and the jail road dealership offered a complimentary body compound, but I did not want to avail that. So I used my own DA and a very light polish V38 and perfected the most affected panel (the bonnet).
But I have observed the paint to have "very slightly" improved in the 2021 production.
Overall It's not as bad as it sounds, its comparable to local hondas; a common person won't even notice it, but since i follow the detailing threads my vision has broadened . I would rate the paint quality better than suzuki, equal to Honda-atlas but probably below toyota-indus. JDMs just have a superior finish and depth to them,that I've not seen in the corollas and civics.

One thing is bit surprising that Hyundai is not at all marketing Tucson either on Social Media or TVC, especially compared to MG. They are only focusing on Hyundai Porter and their Grand Starex Van.

I think they have all there focus towards Elantra now as Tucson hasn’t been as big of a success compared to its rivals

They are unable to provide Tucson due to their slow production capacity and we are expecting another vehicle.
What criteria one should focus to see a 'big of a Success', I'm curious to know.

Well the presence on the road speaks for itself I myself have seen more MG HS then Tucson personally in my city even when MG was launched in November and is imported
Tucson on the other hand due to less production in a way is impacting its popularity because people don’t want to wait 7-8 months for a car they would much rather prefer Kia or MG and hence customers are being diverted
Tucson has not even come close to the success of Sportage as we all know Sportages launch completely Changed the market and still has its hype
Now MG and Proton have been launched and have way more hype then Tucson I don’t think many new customers would have booked Tucson
Tucson just hasn’t been the same as others and would have been a success if nishat had managed it nicely they should focus in production to an already launched car rather then launching a brand new one
Because of dumb Hyundai nishat Tucson to some extent has been forgotten in the market where Sportage is the leader and MG and Proton are offering more features and options so have more hype but Tucson on the other hand does not have any strong market yet
Even after more then 6 months in the market still they haven’t made their mark and are still just trying to settle unlike Sportage that instantly made its mark

Exactly my point, less road presence is due to low productivity, and looking at current month numbers and news on production increase, one may expect early delivery and more cars on the road.

I totally agree with you that they haven't managed it well and customers were forced to look for other options.

MG and Proton have created a hype, but we still have to see their local product/ quality and btw, Proton CKD booking time is September and we all have seen disturbing news regarding MG and no news of local production.

Hyundai staff extremely unprofessional & No warranty claim acceptance.

Please see another thread of gear problem in 800 km only & Hyundai company not accepting the claim.

Remember first problem was fire in engine.

I am in direct contact with the owner.. he is planning to visit a diffrent dealer ..lets see what's they say.

As I always say, Hyundai KIA warranty is good on paper, claiming it is not easy. No wonder they were slapped with nearly 1 Billion dollars of class action lawsuit on engine issues in US. Had they entertained the warranty claims well in time and did proper maintenance on the engines issues, they would have not faced the problem.

I inquired about the delivery status from 2 dealership in Karachi just a week ago. They are now giving tentative delivery of August if booked in Feb. This is after taking into account enhancements in production as per the dealership representatives.

their 10 year powertrain warranty is a joke too.

e.g. alternator is part of charging system which is supposed to be part of powertrain (without alternator the car cannot run)

if the alternator dies due to power steering oil leakage on top of it (eats away carbon brushes) - they wont entertain any warranty at all and throw it on customer onus. - LOL

If your CV axle breaks or goes faulty - its considered wheel hub part (body ancillary) and is not part of "powertrain" - facepalm!

The stereotype of Hyundai owners is sadly true, they dont care about how a car is made or built and all they want is "good looks" - e.g. every single Hyundai Elantra owner - that car is a literal pile of scrap, its utterly useless and numb in every possible way you can imagine. If you tear it apart for repair, Hyundai dont have full parts supplies for it and ask you to buy entire assemblies of parts just to replace a small broken part. Even Chrysler are not that useless.

Read with open mind, dear Sir that’s good to read your comments, aligned up with good vocabulary and grammar combination, but really sad to explore that your statements sounds a paid one, I continue making your kind personality calm enough that it’s not mandatory what ever You think and visualise is worth trust, neither of mine I assure, more over I request you stop criticising as this is one of the option owned by people who can’t not preform themselves, it’s a global research.
Secondly let me teach you Tucson and Kia belongs to a same group, remember this this difference is only within Pakistan which have various reasons, I shall not go into details as I know you will again criticise as habitually inserted with your structure.
Tucson is a designed SUV believe you must be unaware of this abbreviation, Sportage is not, the designer is German belonging to Volkswagen AG group which is German, me as a lay man also a registered Automotive specialist belonging to Porsche AG a family part of Volkswagen group, please rest insure that we know what we have designed and what is running on roads.
Always be positive in everything as it resembles the insight of a person.
Chill and and stop giving your reviews over machines which are designed by people who have experience.
Staff your concerns is again criticised exposed dear do you know what scenario a person is facing while sitting any where, for your knowledge I add kindly watch and calculate the reasons of this behaviour as there are lot of problems in society currently.
