em in f11 otherwise a partner for walking is simply great,if you walk alone you started to feel tired or even think of skipping for a day,my khala was here so i used to go on walk daily with her but eventually she stopped as night time walking is not a good idea for ladies
i like walking after the sunset to be minimum n cant wake up early morning
so i thought to start walking today,started off on the treadmill which gave up on me after 15min
so i continued on the road n just came back after a walk of 45min 
b4 i used to eat bread + mayo in breakfast then shifted to french toast,now was thinking to shift to breat + fried egg to avoid sugar but still there will be oil here so y not french toast so maybe i'll just eat 2 boiled eggs instead but dont know if that would be enough as i return home after 3,for classes i daily climb stairs till 4th floor n avoid the lift + there's daily routine walk to public transport stops on way back so i dont think of having too light breakfast + some1 told me breakfast should be heavy then light lunch n lighter dinner
btw if not wheat(roti) then what else to eat in lunch n dinner?
i am thinking to go for one roti instead of 2,i already shifted from paratha's to roti in lunch n avoiding them now
as for shalwar kameez,my pants have gone full tight already n i dont intend to purchase new one with this size but only after reducing the tummy
