'Have breakfast like a king i.e. LOTS, lunch like a busy person (sandwiches type) and dinner like a beggar or none at all'.
I thus stopped dinner altogether but then many said its wrong to avoid so I began munching away again.
- Roti, if you eat two normally, switch to one. If one, then half. This is the meaning of avoiding roti. However, it would be great if you switch over to bread. A cousin did that and lost lots. M glad to see though, that you have begun reducing your intake already.

Haan! Others, remember to avoid water with food. It is to be drunk either half an hour before meals or one hour later. It is said water cools the heated indigestion process inside so slows it down.
