i dont walk immediately after the food intake
i have the dinner at 7:30 n go for walk at 9:30 or 10pm
b4 that i used to walk from 6:30 to 7:30 which was good time as there was a great gap after the lunch but then dinner right after that was pretty bad so shift the timing to after the dinner
there was a gap between break fast n halwa pori because of the class i had to attend
i didnt exactly had halwa with poori,u can say it was poori with chana's
n a little bit of halwa to avoid the fat
imagine i love gulab jaaman so much that i can eat lots of them,but i didnt had even a single one everytime sweet came home 
it was my mistake to had paratha's in ramzan,i should have gone for roti instead,i gained 4kg in ramzan
i think i am not over weight,
my height is 6.1feet n weight is 83kg,i am not fat,its just the tummy :mad:
today in lunch i had one roti though i was feeling full at only half :o whereas i was feeling hungry in class
had water b4 the lunch,avoided during it n had only one sip after it 
yesterday i went to sleep around 4pm n got up at dinner time,so there wasnt even much time for lunch either otherwise might have felt hungry but i think 2 chana poori was enough for a lunch
so far em walking at normal speed n increasing distance gradually 
will increase speed once stamina is built n then on to jogging
