the unit is tied into the ECU which talks to the immobiliser CU which first waits for the key signature.
Best bet (and most legal as it is a local car) is to go to Suzuki with proof of ownership of the vehicle and get a new set of keys, If your car is original and the locks are original the keys that they provide will work perfectly. Used to cost Rs 20,000/- for two keys a while back.
A person with a licensed key reader and writer can make you a new set by marrying it to the car. Its a very short process with a suzuki scan tool connected to the DLC and the immi diag port.
I know how to bypass this feature but never recommended it nor want to get into trouble for it.
