First thing, you should not take it as a sign of weakness, my posting here you have already shown you are strong, aware of your condition and willing to fight it out.
The biggest support you will get is from your loved ones, they have to understand your condition and should help you out with it.
Try to make yourself busy, explore something new to do, try to identify the "keys" which sparks the depression and try to avoid them.
Anti depressants can help but the biggest help you can get is love and care from those near to you and will power. Trust me you can over come it, from what I have observed you are a strong person.
Bro I work 14 to 16 hours a day, I don't get weekends off and my only day off is on a week day. We should be thankful to what we have and keep on looking and hoping for the best.
