umm here's my plan:
Besides shown up good in interviews and having around 2.7 years of purely accounts exp, i observed in most of the interviews either employer wants to hire me on really low pay scale or simply said is job k liye ACCA, MBA, CMA waly candidates ne apply kara hua hai, who have experience too, tell me a good reason why should you be given preference? huh :mad:
So i am taking admission in Masters program, insha Allah this year and would be applying too for my field job but not that much. I would now more focus on my studies and meanwhile would pray to Allah koi achi wali parchi laga dy apni, preferably in bank 
I am not saying i am losing hope but yeah... reference does matter!
I am really hopeful for you as two of my cousins are now settled in dubai (BTW aik recently sheikh ki parchi pe ja raha hai
