Indus Corolla 1.6 lowering oil

Assalam O Alaikum Pakwheelers, My dad has a indus corolla 1.6 limited edition 1999 model. It's got genuine 432k-433k kms. He got done an overhaul about 56-57k kms back. Its lowering oil for some time now, but this time, it is like 60% of oil left in the engine with almost 4000kms. We check it everyday. What could be the cause? Can it be the PCV valve or some piston rings issue? The engine chamber has a slight leak it just moistures the under of the engine chamber, but it is not enough for that much of a loss of engine oil. We use Toyota Taglon 10w-40 engine oil and change the oil every 4000kms. It doesn't emit any black/blue smoke. Apart from the white smoke in the morning on the cold start. Please provide your opinions on this topic.

fix the seepage, change pcv valve with oem new part.
loss of 500 ~ 1000 ml / 5000 kms is normal, however that's not valid for a newly rebuilt engine.

These Kabli 4A-FE (or even 5A-FE) are still super expensive and not easy to find. How about swapping a 2NZ-FE in Indus corolla (it's for my own curiosity, not for thread-owner)?

This is the condition of the PCV valve, I think it really is need to replace this because this is completely choked

It would be a massive downgrade in power, the 4afe produces 113-114hp and 2nz fe is close to 80-85hp.

Exactly, a slight leak at this much mileage can make it lose at least 300-500ml.

Get a new one only, try partscentral on FB.
Last I purchased for 2zrfe, it was around 3000rs.only.

Start the engine, take a napkin (tissue paper), place it here on top of this pcv. It should suck it, if there is no or less suction then here is your culprit.
By the looks of it, definitely looks like that it's chocked to the death.

Today I checked its sucking and it was sucking my finger, it was working and the sludge in it was also cleared miraculously and when I turned off the car, it also made a turbo-like whistling sound. So far after the oil change, no oil has been lowered.

When it happens again, then I'll check the condition of the pcv valve again to see the difference and if it suddenly does get different again I'll tell you guys.
