Insane delievery time of honda city

Aspire 1.5 MT has the shortest delivery time. I got mine in 25 days without using any reference

I booked mine on 6th Jan and got it on 1st Feb. Some one posted yesterday on one of the topics that he also booked Aspire 1.5 MT this week and delivery time is one month. Please check with the dealer for confirmation

i have checked 4 dealers in lahore , all are quoying same delievery day.

Has anyone booked a City Aspire 1.5 M/T last week? I have asked every dealer in lahore and all of them have said that the wait time is 5-6 months for all models of city.

I feel they are giving false information on the pretext of charging premium on the other readily available models, can someone please confirm the exact delivery time of Aspire 1.5 M/T

When I booked on 6th Jan I was told that the car will be delivered in April or May but a few days later status became available on Honda website and it showed the tentative delivery date of 31st Jan and my car was on the showroom on 1st Feb. I think you should book your Aspire 1.5 MT and you will probably get it in 1-1.5 month In Sha Allah

Well it means I'm not the only person who is frustrated with Honda City delivery time. Delivery time for my City is 31st march (today) and i have been informed by Honda Point that car is not even in production line whereas bank debited my account twice for Monthly installment,how funny is that I'm using Uber/Careem for last three months and paying Monthly installment for my new car aswell.

I tried contacting all the given numbers of Honda atlas on their webpage but nobody answers the phone call tried emailing them but it bounced back now in search of a platform to raise my voice i landed here.
I really wish to get this issue resolved however Honda Point GM is to busy to come on the phone call,now my last resort is to visit Honda Point after Jumma prayer and make some noise.

make a big scene there. Be as loud as you can be. And record everything on video camera. So when they say something stupid you can post it online to get them to take you seriously.

After reading all the replies this seems to be a very serious issue. Someone in the government should impose some penalty or fine on the car manufacturers for such lengthy delays. Perhaps 2 months is an acceptable delay but beyond that a hefty fine should be imposed on the manufacturer. Delays in case of a Rolls-Royce or Ferrari can be acceptable as they are lovingly made by hand and look and drive perfectly. But a simple Corolla or city being delayed like a luxury car is unacceptable. Car manufacturers should enhance production facilities instead of lengthening delivery schedules.

There is a fine for delay after the tentative date has passed. But that fine is so minimal. I think it is around 200 or 300 rupees per day.

Such a fine is peanuts for a car manufacturer. They have probably already included this in the car's final price. An amount like Rs 10K per day seems more reasonable.

Push bank to pressurise the dealer of tell them that I will cancel the deal. You must use bank properly

Banks are even worse. Once they get you to sign the official contracts and pay them the down payment. They just stop taking your calls or even acknowledge you as a human. Just go to the bank during rush hour first and make a scene in public and then go to the dealership and make a scene there when it is crowded.

We buy their products even we know what it is, and all the monopoly there are wide range of Japanese cars Or Even if we dont have a car than whats a big deal we need to look around the world like china.
stop buying the cars for a week i bet Honda/Toyota will comes to your knees that how it should work, we made them and check the feedback from them i ask is this fair?
But instead we need them more than they need us so No complains let it go as it is Guys
