Insta Gas water geyser vs regular geyser, which is the best?

I want to know the experience of you people about Insta Gas intent water geyser in which no water tank is required. I have a regular geyser 55galon in my home with conical befell installed. For me Insta Gas geyser works well if it works for a single person. Where there are more family members, it can not supply the hot water quickly.

If gas and water pressure in your home is ok and you only need to run two bath one kitchen (like me) then go for a 13 ltr instant one. if you have issues in gas and water pressures plus you need to run 4 taps simultaneously then i would suggest go for a conicle baffled geezer.

I got a Canon brand 10 gallon capacity geyser. It is 500 watt I believe but not sure as I have forgotten about the wattage.
Got it for 13k rs.
Working fine for two bathrooms and a kitchen.

I sometimes turn it off after heating the water and it remains warm for 8-12 hours

Hopefully you would have got electricity bill till now, don't forget to share the geyser effect on bill. Some one said on an other forum if you use the electric geyser wisely it will cost less than conventional gas geyser. Don't know how true.

Without geyser it was between 2000-2500 and last month bill was 5000

I was looking for a comprehensive review on instant gas geyser / water heater, however, I couldn't find one. based on the information I gathered and taking some calculated risk, I bought an instant gas geyser, I want to give my two cents on the subject so that other like me can benefit from it.

I have a 12 marla house, with 3 wash rooms and a kitchen. I live on 1st floor. I was using a conventional gas geyser, 35 L capacity and it leaked water a few days ago, so the natural question was, should I go for instant geyser (electric or gas) or conventional one. Below are the consideration which I had and also my review on geysers

Now I installed InstaGas geysers which is only natural gas, Canon one supports both LPG and NG and they both cost the same. I installed 12 Liter, and capacity only determines the flow of water. Gas pressure today was good and water heater performed even better than conventional geyser. While using shower and kitchen mixer simultaneously, water pressure dropped. However, water was hot enough that I could take shower. mind you peak winter is yet to come so this peak performance is yet to be tested. for 99 % of the time 2 taps can be used simultaneously, however, using a tap while someone is showering will reduce water pressure. If anyone has any question, please feel free to ask. Just wanted to help someone trying to make a decision. For me it worked and there is marginal difference in overall operations. pros are unlimited hot water supply, cost effective, space saving, cost saving on procurement, option of multi fuel (NG & LPG), Cons, water pressure drop on simultaneous usage of multiple taps (shared with conventional geyser though).

Last month, I got a bill of around 2200. I have another conventional storage gas geyser and that too work in parallel with instant one. both the geysers are on different connections. Last month bill of both of them was almost same with a difference of around 300 with instant having lesser bill. but conventional geyser wasn't used fully, whereas instant was used full time. Current bill is expected in few days where both geysers have been used fully and will give a better comparison. Also I also use Japanese gas electric room heater, so bill is clubbed. will update the post once I get the bills.

got my bill. conventional geyser bill is 4980 and instant geyser bill is 1840. both connections have similar japanese heater and stove.

how much is the pressure drop when using two taps, actually pressure difference causes variance in water temp while taking a shower which is not good. If someone opens tap while you're taking shower, you'll get a sudden drop of water temp.

I installed 12 liters capacity instant geyser so that two taps can be used simultaneously. however, it turned out that on first floor pressure drop is significant and creates problem, i have a small family so we two taps hardly opened at once. solution is to increase gas from geyser knob. although water pressure drops, it is hotter so I mixed cold water to it. if you want to avoid water pressure problem, install 14 liter geyser, it comes with its own pressure pump for water. if I were to install a geyser again, I will go for 14 liter instant geyser instead of 12 liters to fix water pressure issue. I have installed 1 instant geyser for complete home.

They're claiming Constant Temperature control system - which is keeps the water temperature same whether the tap flow is low or high, but I doubt this is true.
