Leaner than ideal AFRs will increase combustion chamber temperatures and NOX emissions, as well as reduce power, plus other secondary effects.

A properly functioning modern OBD2 system is pretty close to perfect from the factory.

Atleast i m sure my vehicle O2 sensor is running fine. Playing with O2 sensor signal is again not a big deal for me bt its very hard to find O2 male & female connectors + every vehicle has different.

OEM ECU is so intelligent it cancels out the effect of my device, i increase it decrease to maintain AFR

This Device can be used in Sequential Injection CNG kit to drive the CNG Injectors by using the same OEM Gasoline ECU.

i can help you on your test because I had so much experience of leaning vehicle's AFR so don't feel that you had wasted your 25 day's you done it right but on other hand you didn't tuned it well I can pay you for your this regardless effort and also can help you to enforce a permanent long lasting leaning in your vehicle which you can change it to factory in mater of second's.

Dear asad you had not tuned it well i saw the total injection time it was min 2.67 ms and max 3.0 ms as per service & repair manual's we had the injection time of 2sz-fe ranges from 2.0 ms to 2.5 ms on idling so the monitor show's you had some thing wrong. ECU is still holding the injection time at 3.0 ms than is wrong and according to our calculation you are wasting 28% of your fuel at idl and also at WOT position.

Come on dude the injector width depends on Engine LOAD. here in my case its remains at 2.5ms when the device is just by passing the pulse as soon as i reduced the pulse by 15% it automatically increased the pulse in same ratio to cancel out the net effect thats y it reached to 3.0ms,
Similarly as i increased the pulse by 20% again the ECU Intelligence comes in action & reduced the injector width to 2.2ms to nullify the over all result,

2sz-fe ECU is very much dependent on O2 sensor so its hard to cheat it

In the video blue is the input Injector width to the device (Actual ECU O/P) & the yellow one is the modified Injector width by IFT that drivers the Fuel injector. (in the video just Injector#4 pulse width is shown all the injectors hav the same width bt different timings)

Blue flashing LEDs shows the 4 Injectors triggering events

no the ecu used in euro 2 suzuki's. are not far intelligent as compared to japanees OBD we can lean it out by modifying total width injection.

i had installed EC1 setup in many euro 2 mehran's and ravi vehicle's many cases which arrived at my shop are most often of these vehicle's emmiting little black smoke at different throttle angle's and if you further notice the exaust manifold is also black due to bad correction of air fuel ratio by the ecu I will post the result's of those vehicle's.
