Same is the case with AC's which are in our office.There are about more then 14 Acson's installed in our office and literally none of them work none of the ones air swing function works not much air throw they are also noisy for indoor units (Don't know about the outer ones). For few AC's the compressor has gone down as well.
They have been shifted once in their lifetime when our office premises moved to another location. Considering one of the top brand and that too priced almost 80-90 % more then the other Chinese brands what is the point in getting them if in the long run they work almost equal to its Chinese counter parts.

Gree, Haier is good. I don't know what happened to Acson.Old models worked great but newer models have very less airflow and now these issues I've been facing

I came to Khi today. Here Haier AC is installed. Haier DC Inverter. Honestly, Im impressed with the performance. The blow is great. Cooling is great and it even trips. Kept on 28.. I'd recommend it any day

Thanks God someone also corroborated my ordeal with Ascons. Chinese work even better in most of the cases.

Price is 55 with warranty. Non invertor. Some one asked me , any info about it. Its triangle design. I have no clue about it, but samsung must be good

Better to get a Samsung inverter AC with same triangle technology. It's Samsung's way of throwing out the air

Water dripping is usually poor installation. The drain pipe may be clogged etc.

Check if the flow of water is not obstructed by anything

The drain pipe should be below the level of indoor unit. If its set at higher level then input then water will leak.
Poor installation might be the issue aswell but it should be an easy fix

Put drain pipe in mouth and pump mouth air with moderate pressure and then suck it back and quickly put pipe out of mouth.
