& Huzaifa I forgot to mention earlier, but here I must mention that you have to use all equipment with "A" rating for energy efficiency. For example all lights have to be either LED, SMD OR COB, fans should be of SK or Lahore Fans (80 watt each), refrigerators and AC's should be inverter based. And wiring should be proper, no wire joints and wire should be of high quality. Like Pakistan Cables. And you'd be really surprised how less the load is. Luckily I have all above in order except the refrigerators are still not inverter based.
Now see the load yourself:
5x 80: 400 watts for fans
30x3: 90 watts for lights
2x80: 160 watts for TV
600 (average )x2: 1200 watts for 2 AC
140x2 : 280 watts for refrigerators
60 watt is the idle load (compared to 420 watts when the wiring was old and of low quality)
Now that is total 2190 watts only. Don't you think you can plug in an iron, computers and printers when you're producing 4000 watts???
Hope that makes the matters clear.
Plus as the ref and AC's are all time working so obviously the load is reduced when the temp is reached and obviously all fans are not running all the time. So there you go. Hope you get it now.
