I can safely say that gree after sales is crap. I have had to deal with them a few times over the last couple of years and each time it was a pain. I have a gree dispenser that has gone bad, compressor gone. See this, they generated me a complaint number via sms. After almost 3 weeks, and me bashing them on social platforms, they call me and say that the complaint number I got is for someone else. DWP/Gree are hopeless.

Has anyone bought dawlance inverter 2019 models: powercon, enercon and sprinter? Price for these are about 68-70k for 1.5t..

Older model elegance is priced more than these new models and I cant understand why when 2019 models seem to have better features, gold fins etc.

I just mentioned what I saw on the packing of Outdoor unit. "Super Tropical Compressor" is prominently written, it even makes claim of being able to work in 65 C. But then again its a Pakistani product, so they can claim whatever they want without any fear

Another thing I noticed was that on dawlance's website, some of their ACs are marketed as Blue/Gold fins or 100% copper but all the models I saw in store had blue/gold fins and copper coils - sales guy showed it to me on all units. They probably have a really lazy guy running the website.

Does anyone know if AC pipe requires a bend, loop, or trap, if outdoor unit is installed on roof and indoor on 1st floor. I think the pipe length is around 10ft.

Someone told me that changhong ruba inverter AC is really good. It uses max 3amp and cooling is very good. Anybody using this AC ?

sir we have one changhong ruba 1 ton in our room that is on the ground floor of a 2 storey building. it's performance is really good, we don't even need to turn it less than 26 - 27 and the room is cold enough. For billing, i'd get further details and update you as I am currently not in Pak and my family is using it.

Get Panasonic YE18TKF-9 1.5 Ton inverter heat&cool (Made in Malaysia) 90,000. It consumes 6.5amps at start.

It has a local warranty card by Panasonic Pakistan. I got it from Umar electronics (Murree road).

Check the complete model number. Make sure it exactly matches CS-YE18TKF-9 it has both heat and cool function
