Don't know about this year, but last year in may it was checked and turn out to be a marketing gimmick. Even when asked to orient marketing team about this , the had nothing to say except a smile.

Guys- anyone has looked into the Orient DC inverter offer they are advertising on TV? They are giving 1.5 ton for 58000 for a limited time period until Feb 29th on limited stock. Anyone has any information on it? Is it really the DC inverter?

Wht amp does it need to operate ? I m luking to install it and run it on my solar panels.

Well if its really the DC inverter, than it would normally consume 7 amperes and come down to 2-3 amperes after reaching the desired temperature.

But a 1.5 tonne DC inverter only for 58k is too good to be true for me. I confirmed from the factory and they say that its real. What i am looking now is to actually see it working at one of their displays before I place my order. Need to get 4 of those.

Brother for me price doesnt matter. If it takes 5,6 amp at start then 2 amp on running i will b getting it IA. I came to knw tht this season some really low amp inverter Ac will b availabale in Peshawar karkhano market.import from dubai and japan.

Are you sure? As im looking to buy this one. Also Can you tell me that is orient inverter AC are better than gree? As I heard that gree 16000btu consumes very low power, don't known about this one.

it has 19000 BTU heating and cooling capacity. havent installed them yet tough. looked good and the right product at the right price.

Hope that other manufacturers lower their prices too now.
