Inverter Type AC in Pakistan (Inverter/Non Inverter Dedicated Discussion)

Need feedback on Inverter AC behavior.

I have Changhong Ruba SDH-18SW. I run it at 30C - its comfortable temperature for me. Right now its 38C outside and I'm on 1st floor. The AC cools down to 30C and then compressor turns off (it has a light showing compressor on or off). Then few minutes later, when temperature rises by 1C, then it starts again. It's almost acting like a non-inverter AC.

I told this to Changhong technician and he said that its because I'm running it at high temperature, which doesn't make sense, since an inverter AC is supposed to main temperature - not turn off/on like a non-inverter.

even inverter AC compressor will turn off when temperature is maintained. at that time only the blower of the AC will be working.

If it is turning on after tripping then it won't run at full speed.

Today is the 3rd day and no one has contacted me yet
About performance I've 2 Hisense Acs
1 is 1ton 75% saving model and other one is 1.5ton 60% saving which is mentioned above
Their performance is quiet good and upto the mark. Chills the room in no time plus consumption of 75% model is really low. Yesterday i checked it and it was consuming something around 200-250watts during daytime while 1.5ton 60% model goes as low as 600w
Might go even lower but haven't checked it recently

It's just the cover plate. Remove the screw, take off cover. Take a pic and put cover back

Took the cover off and there were only wires.
All seemed fine with no trace of burning

Update!
So the technician came in the evening today and checked it. He asked what happened and i explained him all after which he turned it on and to my surprise there was no sparking no pops no smell nothing!
He still checked it and stayed 30 mins and it was fine.
He then said that a lizard might have had entered from the backside as the hole hasn't been sealed which might have had caused sparking and that could have been the reason why there was a strange smell.
So far it's been on for about 2 hours and no issues. However they charged 500 for visiting charges. Out of curiosity I inquired the price of new PCB and it was 19,800

Anyone know where to get rubber pads to place under outdoor unit to reduce vibration/sound?

No, I've never gotten any rubber pads with LG, Gree, Dawlance or Changhong.

I got some foot mounts for the changhong, just because its outdoor vibrates more than others and it creates weird humming noise inside the room. The foot mounts reduced noise by 80%, so thinking of adding more rubber padding to make it silent.

Bro my experience with Changhang Ruba is pathatic.... Just piece of advise "Never buy Changhang Ruba" inverter Ac....

First of all in Karachi its trouble free life is one season... Secondly too much issues of multiple type.
Third worst After Sale service.

Yea, I learned the lesson hard way. Actually, bought 3 altogether from during Azadi sale - got 6K off per AC.

In hindsight, I should have just gone with TCL Elite series.

Is 1 Ton Inverter AC sufficient for 15x15 room size on ground floor? Little direct sunlight in evening.

It should do the job but will take longer to cool down the room which means it will take longer to drop down the amperes, but it should be fine if ac continues to run for 15-18 hours a day
My advice is to go for 1.5 ton
