tcl clearly mentions on website that it's t3 climate type, will deliver full BTUs up to 50C, even same is mentioned in owner manual too,
credit where it's due, no false hype or marketing, I really appreciate such transparency, unlike some other brands (context, read old post)

18T5 is 5 dc with 3.6 eer meanwhile t3 pro is 3dc with 3.3 eer

i am of the opinion, if you have more than 2 AC in your house, you should have the following,

GAS Charging manifold
Vaccum Pump
gas leakage detector
drill machine with hammer option

you can easily identify issues your self and do targeted precise repair

I am looking to buy a 1.5 Ton inverter for myseld.The AC's I have short listed are
1) Kenwood 1838 Esmart Plus
2) TAC-18T5-SMART
3) Gree Fairy
4) Panasonic WKF

Which AC will be the best in terms of build quality and after sales service.

I am also looking for the 1.5 Ton Inverter, and so far has shortlisted the TCL T3Pro/T5Smart and Haier Thunder.
The Haier has the advantage of a much bigger outdoor unit and EER of 3.8 but without the WIFI. Also, Haier claimed of much better PCB. Haier Thunder is launched a couple of months back while the TCL models are older, so should I go for the TCL or Haier?

again, false marketing by third party sellers
on haier website, rated power is 1452 watts and btus are 18k
according to this, eer is 3.6
secondly, there's discrepancy b/w website and ac label
on ac label. power is 0.41-2.25kw, on website it's .45-2.6kw
on label, air flow is 1150m3, on website it's 1100m3

that's why I have trust issues with all these brands

Yes, you are right, I have seen these discrepancies a lot and it seems they have better specs on the unit than on the website.

Still, its EER is better than TCL T3Pro and on Par with T5Smart.

Bro can you recommend an AC technician with vacuum pump Lahore for new AC installation? I got PEL jumbo Dc prime WiFi. Company is offering free installation but not sure if they have pump and they will come one day after delivery which is today.

Last year, I had them clean our LG AC. I spoke on phone about using pressure washer for cleaning, but the guys showed up with a regular sprayer. When I insisted they said they'll come back next day. Next day they arrived with pressure washer but the way they were cleaning ACs made me feel like its first time they're doing it with pressure washer.

Not old rate. Just got A grade r410A gas for 1600 per kg. And this gas is of excellent quality. Drops vent temperature to 8 C in no time.

This is same "american gas" sold by AC fraudicians.

It's chinese gas.

One thing I would like to add dollar hike should have least impact on chinese goods sold in markets because importers are now directly importing stuff from china by paying in Yuan. They got agents in China to whom they transfer money in yuan and place orders. An importer of fancy lights from China told me about this.

But if someone is using dollar rate as an excuse he is just trying to manipulate you to raise prices. Only large companies are importing in US dollars from China. Small importers are using Yuan now.

how are they paying in Yuan? I mean where are they buying Yuan from? in order to buy Yuan I am sure they would have to give dollars and Pkr is of no value to them.
