Since there isn't a discussion thread on Isuzu D-Max on Pakwheels forums, I thought of making one. Isuzu D-Max was launched in early 2019 in Pakistan and is quickly making a name in Pakistani auto market. In a span of one year of launch, Ghandara Industries is about to launch face lift of the D-Max which shows that this brand is here to stay for the long haul.

Not many I have seen in Karachi... There are hardly any seen for that matter. Ppl seem to prefer the ’resale’ value which Hilux is holding very well.
I hope that this truck does well in the Paki market regardless.

This is the 3rd gen which will come after a couple of years. At the moment they're bringing facelift which looks like this.
I see. The third gen would have given Hilux a run for it's money even if they were priced similar. It is such a good looking pickup.

I agree, people tend to give resale value more importance than anything else in Pakistan. But it is good that there is some competition in the market now and auto manufacturers will bring out newer models quickly.
Yes, it would be a 2nd facelift for the 2nd gen. The 2nd gen is also ranked in top 4 pickup trucks/ utes in far eastern countries and Australia. The 3rd gen has taken it to the next level.
Do you have any additional info on the spec changes in the facelift?
It certainly looks more aggressive now. Any list of changes or new features in the facelift? Also, any increase in price expected when the facelift becomes official?
