If you buy the vezel make sure it's manufactured 2015 or later. For 2014/2013 you must check for recall status of the vehicle before you buy.

Can you pls highlight what were the issues in 13/14 models ?

Guys we are planning to import 2016 brand new Vezel Z with Honda sensing technology. I will contact @umarmuslim Bhai as well.

Now the thing I want to ask is that should we import it? Is the Honda sensing technology useful? Will it breakdown in any case? And can we turn it off permanently?

I definitely want to import top of the line model but I hope it doesn't get on my nerves.

bhai go for vezel with chasis number RU3-11XXXXXX all of these were made in 2015 and they were not affected by the recall

Sensing now comes standard in all vezel trims 2016. So basically, you don't have a choice in this matter. Although I'm not sure if it can be deactivated permanently if desired.

Nahi Bhai it doesn't. It's optional. There are also regular Vezel Z in RU3-12XXXXXX

Initially there were cars made in 2016 without sensing i think they just recently made it standard

Chassis number provided by nabeel_ali.
August 2013 through February 2015, cars were affected. Recall for DCT software, power steering issue and some coil in the inverter i believe. It's safe to buy 11xxxxx onwards.
Plus there was a link shared on this thread were you can check for the recall status by entering the chassis number

More than 80 percent of recalls were for Fit rather than vezel. Vezel manufacturing started in Dec 2013. Still yes if buying for 13 or 14 model, it's recommended to check for recall status before buying.

Sir i have 2 questions
1) since there isnt any tachometer how do you change gears using paddle shift ? I mean what is the indication ? The moment that ring around the speedometer turns red is that the indication ?
2) I was checking the cars sold today in auction , i opened the cars catalogue to check the specs ( 2013 end and 2014 models ) i dont know how to check if the sold ones have this sensing technology or not , i have checked the specs of all 3 variants and more or less the specs are almost same and there isnt an such thing " honda sensing " in the catalogue
Most probably i would go for 2014 model so only top of the line variant Z has the sensing package ??

Sensing has only been recently introduced in 2016. And when paddle shifters are engaged rpm automatically shows which can also be set anytime in display through information button on steering

Bhai jan many 11X series r 2015 production with 2016 on papers

To be sure buy 113 they r 2016 production

For 2015 production 36 is surely not reasonable

For 2016 its a must buy
