Ok, as you said, person need right contact, this automatically means these cars are not for common people.
Lets assume a 35 yr old widow with 2 children works in a bank and owns a jdm shahkaar.
Should she become parts importer? Or scour scrapyards?
Or lets take a common person, working day hours on salaried job, does he need to spare some time to "discover" these hidden "contacts"
Or
Just go back to the same showroom that has that logo and brand they have?
E.g. of sidemirrors are stolen of a jdm import and is owned by the widow mentioned above, should she scour the scrap market with her 2 children and pay 30k for a pair (because new showroom sales/parts counter doesnt exist)
Or if she had bought a local car, she can appoint a repair from the dealer she bought it from and not have to worry about scrapyards.
