To inform you properly its important to be honest. I have never dietted in the same way as you. Im 21 and im 6 feet but I had the opposite problems as you. I was weighing 57-58 but still had some baby fat. So I did other things. Because I wanted to get stronger. I still have some bellyfat but You cant get stronger on this level and loose that at same time so im going to do that closer to the summer. I have done it before but gained some back when I bulked up which is normal.
Now days im taking it easy due to issues with my back. Its genetic and it sucks. But that how it is. Im working with my fyisoterapaut, doctor and trainer to fix the back issues.
You can read my stats earlier in this thread. Im stronger then must people but weaker then the really hardworking guys since I have only been doing this for a little over 1 year So Im new. Im still learning.
So back to you:
Breakfast:
Wheat Cereal, High Fiber Cerial. Not any of the Corn Flakes stuff. Or Honey puff of Chocholate Flakes. Proper High Fiber Cerial. 1 Cup, Skimmed milk and 1 banana cut in slices. If your family orders Fresh Dairy Milk you are not going to drink that. Skimmed milk.
LUNCH:
Scrammbled Eggs. 4 egg whites, and 1 whole egg. This might be a bit difficult to do. So you can do 2-3 whole eggs instead. Im a bit worried about your Chlorestol so the first option is better.
1 Piece of Fruit
Dinner: ? Brown Rice. Grilled chicken breast. 150 Gram Tell your mom to not use to much oil.
1: Green beans
2: Broccoli
3: Vegetabales. Whatever you like. Approx 1 cup.
Late Dinner: Salmon ( Fish) 150 Gram, Light mixed green Salad. Some dressing on the Salad for taste.
If you cant do 4 meals a day thats fine. Just increase your intake on the other meals.
This will round upto less then 1400 Calories a day. Any day of the weak you can change up the meat with any kind of fish, other parts of the chicken. And Biff. Whole Biff or Grinded Cow. You know ?Qeema? If you want chicken for lunch instead of Lunch. Do that. Or you can have Chicken for Both Like me. I hate Fish and never eat it myself. Doesnt mean you shouldent.
HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PART BROTHER:
Exercise. 15 times a month is perfect for a start. But here is what you are going to do.
You start on the Threadmill with a 7 minutes of warm up. Just relax, and work up the Pace. Then comes the part that sucks. Intervalls. For the next 16 minutes your are going to hate your life. 1 Minute your are going to run as fast as you can. Run like the Police is behind you. All you got. Then for 1 minute you are just going to walk. Like taking a Walk on the Beach with your Wife/ Girlfriend. Then back to the Police, then back to Girlfriend. Then for the last 6 minutes you are going to walk and Cool down.
After that you are going to hit the Weight. Use the weights or use the Machines. It doesnt matter. On Day 1: Hit your Chest and Arms.
Day 2: Legs, Dont your dare skip legs.
Day 3: Back and shoulders.
If you dont know what exercise to do we can work something out or just can ask any normal guy at the gym. Dont ask the guy who their everyday and only works on his chest and biceps. We hate that guy.
Then Cycle back to day one. Not only is this going to build some amounts of muscles and burn extra caloires aswell as the muslces will eat the Fat. You are going to get ?The Pump? One of the must awesome feelings at the gym. On top of all that getting the pump will help you gain confidense. You will so much better and when you feel great you will do great. Then its so much easy to continue and not stop.
