i tried dieting,it reduces weight n one day u eat something all lost weight comes back so nope cant do that,can work out but not dieting,stop urself from eating something for a month,1 day u eat something n gain back everything,whats the use of that
i dont eat junk food
breakfast is 4 pieces of bread n 2egg ommlette,rest 2 rotti wid salan for lunch n same for dinner n sometimes fruit chaat after breakfast
thats pretty much it
i always go to homeo doctor n in extreme cases only aelopathic doctor
as for steroids i dont even know in what form they are available n i know they are bad for health but didnt knew they can be helpful in this regard
i am not looking to reduce weight as i said b4,i just want to tuck in the tummy
