I was following him last time when he start from Germany and stop in Turkey due to his mother. He resume from Turkey. Very brave effort.

One More Update from his recent Journey:

A picture taken a moment ago. Sipping tea at the terrace of Golden Hill Hotel in Dogubeyazit with the majestic Mt. Ararat in the background. Time to reflect upon all the cycling I have done in Turkey in 2011 and during the last 10 days. It has been a remarkable and emotional journey. After abandoning my tour in Turkey in 2011, if there has been one thing in my mind, it was cycling again in Turkey, a dream which has come true.
Now it is time to say goodbye to Turkey and thank its people for their wonderful hospitality. Iran is only 35 kilometres from here.
After the visa check at the border my next stay today will be at Maku in Iran.
