Not really no. Kal install kerwaya hai, but its not working properly. Speed, fuel, temp gauge not working. RPM b theek nai lagg raha 4500 RPM pay limit lagg jati hai and RPM agay nai jata. So in short sirf battiyan on ki hein or kakh b nai kia, balkay lights b sari on nai hein -_-

With a light foot and no aircon, you should be getting nothing less than 14 kmpl. G15a has more torque so you can work with higher gears on lower speeds which allows mich better fuel average.

Yes iss cheez ka bara maza aa raha hai I mean gari 2nd gear mei araam say uthai jati hai from a stand still, so enjoys that.

As a rule of thumb I used to get 120 kms per every 1k worth of fuel back when it was worth 114 per litre running the g16 motor

This strip fell off my khyber a few days ago. Can you please tell me where can i find it since you've quite a lot of experience with finding khyber parts. Directing me to some shop in saddar preferably as i'm avoiding going to sultan ka khoo. Sorry again btw.

Not a problem bro, hijacking wali koi baat hi nai iss mei. Might wanna check Waseem autos as well. Laikin kiyani autos say I am pretty sure mil jaye gi. Waseem aytis ka mujhay confirm nai.

Well abhi tau sirf serva change hua hai. Brakes are fine. Koi issue nai lagg raha. But agar bohat zayada speed say gari jaldi rokni ho, then brakes ka kuch panga hai they heat up, dhuaan marti hein and the breaking capacity decreases. Like mei 50-40 tak slow down ker gaya hoon but no matter how hard I press now, the car doesn't stop.

For me there is wheel spin in the first gear if I push hard can't launch without the wheel spin, however I get some when I change from 3rd to 4th after a high rev.

currently i have 4efte in my khyber

for yr fuel .... use the coil used in baleno .. n get new wires when ever u have cash ...... n change the fuel lines..dont cost much ..but they are good addition

my car was fastest of all soch engines around ..even ourunned chipped d15s with cams

use stock exhaust tip at the end ....n make the original pipe straight .... no middle silencer

1.75 is the size of baleno n all 1.3 cars ... no car comes with 2 inch

Well atm using the 1.75 piping with middle silencers. Guess I'll do this once I stabilize the car more. Suspension needs to be changed.

1.75 is way good ...... summers r coming better keep the fan direct in summers as i was using it with ac ...or change it with 95 civic radiator..fits perfect fine ... i am also using it

right now m running between 150 to 170 hp range ... in coming june will put roll cadge in n few more safty features...then m gona touch 200ish

brakes only heat up on hard braking several times....... i once had to stop from 200 plus on M2 to back at 70 ...n it went back to 70 easily ......... but my car balance is perfect and is lowered compared to normal cars ... it adds alot of drag

Now this electrician hasn't done a good job. Will visit on saturday and see if he's able to resolve this otherwise will have to look at another option.

for meter 3k is to much ....if u cant i will get u done from isb ......

all you need denso converter which will convert yr gear speedometer cable wire with meter electric wires ... its is going to cost you around 800 rupees rest 1000 is fair enough for the labor work

Ok was away on vacation so was unable to get the meter sorted out. Yesterday took the car to my mechanic and uss ka electrician nakhray ker raha tha so called Mohsin yesterday. Kal inshAllah gari lay ker jani hai. Will see what happens.

Abi tak mileage ka koi idea nai. My guess is somewhere from 10-13 kmpl on Islamabad highway, with moderate foot, I was hoping to get 15+ kmpl with moderate foot on highway Meter k baad hi sahi andaza ho sakta hai k mileage kia bun rai hai.

The rpm will keep showing you the wrong reading because the meter is made for an eight cylinder engine and you're running it with a four cylinder one. I'm facing the same issue. Let me know if your meter guy finds a solution for that. I've wired the cluster and only need the rpm to work right.

man i am also engaged in restoration of a khyber, currently i am stuck with its speedometer and the buttons in its dash board, its dash board is also in very bad condition but i will some how take care of it. I visited lahore bilal gunj and the guy was asking for 15 ks for a meter and the buttons, have heard that these things are cheaper in pindi can you give me any idea about price of these two things?

Do visit my thread also (another khyber being re done) i have seen the condition of your car also. What did you do about the rust under body? From my experience i have learned that these areas are most vulnerable to rust and rust spreads from there. I owned coure 2002 got it painted in november 2013 leaving only its roof within two months its rear wheel arches paint bubbled up because of rust. (have sold that car now due to financial constraints)

Restoring this khyber same factor was in my mind so worked all options up using acid is good when you have some part detached from body. On body i did not want to use it since acid may seep in to small crevices where we may not be able to to paint. so searched and found a great idea "sand blasting" A gentleman Nadeem Nabi sb from Faisalabad restored his GTO 125 he used this technique. So i have bought this sand blaster. and have detached all things attached to body and rusted ( u can see in my thread) it includes steering panel, brake, clutch and race pedals railings of front seats and everything i could get my hands onto. you can see the results in my thread where some work was done by acid and rest was done by sand blaster.

Would be looking forward to your comments and suggestions.
