@mwanwar When you say that the suspension has been rebuilt, were the shocks repaired or replaced? If replaced, are you sure that the ones they were replaced with were not repaired? Khyber originally came with quite a comfortable suspension so bringing the suspension back to company spec is what you need which means, brand new shocks, bushes, bearings etc. That would also take care of the noise related to the suspension.

Bhai shocks all original and brand new yeah but other stuff is chinese got new goda kits and they were worn out within a month without tearing the rubber boats and there is no guarantee of the Japanese kits also

Chinese CV joints dont last at all. I had a similar experience some years back with chinese cv joints in my charade where they got worn out in a month as well. You could look for kabuli/used cv joints and they'll last a lot longer than the Chinese ones. What rim/tyre size are you running?

I replied here and it somehow vanished :s Anyway, do get the alignment done first and then you would be able to judge the current state of the suspension.

About the noise from the steering, was the steering cross replaced? Rattling on uneven road points towards the steering cross.

The steering not coming back to its original position after turning points towards the caster. The caster angle could be off or the caster itself could be faulty. That too can be determined once the alignment has been done.

Btw wasnt Yousaf bhai planning on giving-the alto shocks a shot?

Steering cross was replaced but there was still the noise. Well there is a bush at top and bottom of the cross, got those changed this weekend and its improved a lot.

Now there is slight wobbling if I cruise at 90-100 km/h no wobbling if I push hard even upto 170-180 km/h.

And lastly the most important, one tank I get 15 km/l+ and then in the next one I get 13km/l+ how that's possible is beyond me. Guess I gotta visit enercon and get all the sensors checked.

@mwanwar What about your tires? I was using kabuli tires and when I shifted to branded tires there was a hell of a lot of difference in the drive. Try shifting to branded tires if you are using kabuli or general tires.

Nope no awazein a little smoothness is missing thats it, I have converted it to fully powere vehicle with eps, surf power windows, toyota vitz seats, toyota will cluster, retractable side mirrors, suzuki gti bumper lights busssss

Well if you are using original japense shocks then only other option I guess is to invest in some good and soft tires. Your speedo looks awesome btw. Mind sharing pics for these other goodies?

Which EPS are you using? Does it get hard at high speeds? Infact if you can share prices with pics would really appreciate it.

Have you had wheel balancing done? That sounds like a wheel balancing issue.
Is the check engine light connected? If it is, is it showing a code or not. I dont think enercon is experienced enough to handle the car electronics but just paying them a visit shouldnt hurt. Let me know when you visit them, i'll drop by too because its near my place. I want to know what they have to say.

My experience with Chinese axle kit "Sherry" is quite good. Its been 2.5 years and no issues so far.
Although once the grease filled boot from outer CV Joint got torn, but I replaced it the other day.
If the torn boot is not replaced in time, the grease will come out, water will go inside, and the CV joint will start giving issues.

Wheel balancing was done when I went for alignment. Check engine light is connected I think. How to check the code? Are you suggesting to use an elm 327 device?

I thought enercon was only in G-10 or Melody. Would definitely like to go to one closer to DHA.

Meri tau gari k boot phatt jaein tau I just let them be, I wait for my next visit to the workshop. So inshAllah abb should get the boots changed as soon as I see a torn one.

which grease did you use? if it was the one that the suspension shops use, then get the grease replaced with liquimoly lm47, mp grease turns into something else when it is under pressure and heat in the cvj

I've searched for the method to draw codes from suzuki's ecu but havent found anything except putting in a fuse in the specified location in the fuse box which wont be applicable in your case because your body side wiring is custom. You need to know the two wires coming out of the ecu that you short to see the check engine light blinking in the cluster. If you have the obd dlc (connector) connected in the wiring, I have the elmscan 5 and you're most welcome to give it a shot and see if it works with your engine.
The enercon that was previously in G-10, has now shifted to soan gardens. The one in G-10 is now being run by some other party.

There might still be some good quality Chinese CV joints available out there but most of the stories I've heard about the Chinese joints and as per experience, they're mostly very low quality and especially in engine swapped cars, there's load on them under heavy acceleration and that is when they give in. True, its best to get the boots replaced asap because the longevity of cv joints' life is very much dependent on the grease inside them.

It was the normal one which is available at Machinist shops.

easily mil jati hai yeh liquimoly lm47 ?? aur iski price ?

isb mai mil jati hai, i believe the liquimoly dealer is in i8.

but it costs around 2k for 1kg, though the 1kg will last you a long time (not to mention it will be very useful, it is used everywhere)

Yup couldn't find anything that'd help draw the codes. And the most I can do is rewire an appliance's plug so will take it to enercon first.

P.S: Three tanks consumed since then, in 2 got 15+ km/l and in 1 got 13 km/l. And I felt like watching movies this weekend so stayed at home
