Yeah work on the front suspension and steering assembly was done though I am not overly satisfied. There is an improvement in front shocks and a there's a noticeable difference in the smoothness of the ride however, pehlay bumps ya khadon mei dashboard ko bohat jhatka lagta tha or kafi awaz aati thi its still the same now, but maybe the dash needs some proper fitting and tightening. Though mujhay tau khyber k hi shocks lagg rahay hein. Yousuf bhai kept asking the shopkeepers for khyber shocks and when I asked he said k no they are a little different but I am not so sure.
Steering assembly has been a disappointment its worse than before now, steering still makes noise when travelling on the cemented road for trucks on the Isb Highway and after taking a u-turn it doesn't comes back to its original position itself.
Also the ride hide has increased and there is slight wobbling if i try to cruise on 100 km/h however I can't feel it if I put the foot down, not even at the speeds of 140-160 km/h. Hopefully that's something to do with cambers, as they need adjustment.
So this weekend again I'll be at the workshop
Well as far as I know and what I am gonna work on and considering the fact that your suspension is old, get front shocks, bushes, chimtas (preferably use your own they might need some repair from a khardiya) steering assembly and and rear suspension.
Front shocks cost round about 7-8k for Japanese ones and the rear ones are for 2.2-2.3k. I think you'll get Tokico's shocks. I've used KYB Japanese shocks in my civic and they are really good and since Tokico and KYB are pretty much in the same league (from what I've observed) I think Tokico would do just fine.
Steering assembly chinese milti hein idher, Japanese are not available or if they are I wasn't able to find them. Kabli will cost you around 4.5k but so far my experience hasn't been good hoping that the visit tomorrow might change that.
