Have a question about Sportage auto-lock (doors) feature. Does the AWD variant have the option of doors locking themselves when the car goes above 15kph? I found it in the owners' manual but can't find the option in the onboard display.

It does have the 'unlock when shift to P' but not the other one. Any owner here who was able to turn the feature on? Thanks!

I think this option is available in the Hyundai Tucson but seems to be missing from Sportage. Maybe there is some hidden menu that needs to be unlocked to access this function...

Sadly the auto lock feature is not available in both the variants. Although auto unlock feature is there and is activated once the car is put in to P mode. I have bought an OBD Auto lock device from Aliexpress.com and it automatically locks the doors when the vehicle reaches about 12 kmph speed. Its a simple plug and play device

if it has auto unlock than auto lock can be achieved but I think kia would need to update the software of their onboard display

Warranty doesn't get void if a device is put into OBD port. It only expires if you cut and fiddle with the wires.
