I said so cuz many people think it KIA has ex porche team for the design, and those people think it resembles porche. IMO it does not look like a porche but more like a Juke.

Islamabad/Rawalpindi twin city showroom will be ready for public sometime by early to late winter. I am told by my contact that the bid package and permits have been filed already. I dont know how true it is but initially two dealership were planned for each Pindi and Islamabad but it seems there is some changes. Again all this unofficial but we have to wait for few months.

Another inside news, NOT all units at dealership for display are PKDM. Most of dealers have a CBU units displayed which KIA imported earlier this year for marketting and launch purpose and test drives.

If anyone of you next time go to dealer , do ask the salesperson about displayed units. Under windscreen, just at the junction of where glass meet the dashboard, if there is a 17 Digit VIN, if it starts with letter " K ", its made in Korea. VIN sticker is also at front door jambs.

Again I dont know if PKDM vehciles comes with VIN displayed in the windscreen. PKDM cars gets chassis number plate in engine bay and chassis number sticker in other locations but not a VIN plate under windshield, fixed on dashboard. I saw one odd picture where it seems there is a cut out in black portion windshield for vin. Or maybe PKDM KIA will come with a VIN.

I think they will be well aware of the fact that Picanto buyers will be 10 times more as compared to Sportage and they can not risk loosing the potential market sector... its 3.2 million plus population we are talking about....
Its like Atleast 2-3k cars intially...
So I think they must be on war footings for Isloo Dealership
