I like Sportage I would have considered it as an upgrade from Grande but its shape disappoints me guess I have to wait till something interesting comes

Nokia was exporting phones worth of 40 billion dollars when at its peak from finland. But last year it went bankrupt. Please note that Japanese n korean are already out of truck n bus market in pakistan. The bus launched by Hino namely Kazay is already a flop. In trucks sector the Hino trucks u see on road are either smuggled JDMs or cabin changed ones.

Not gonna happen with Toyota/Honda, but Sportage can easily be displaced if marketing and 3S/support of Glory i-Auto is done in a proper way.

Shouldn't mix Korean with Japanese - Toyota/Honda have their own market and reliability factor as compared to Kia.

As I said, all depends on marketing and 3S availability of i-Auto, which is a great SUV from reviews. Only if proper support/spares is provided.

Reasons for Nokia's fall are completely different than Auto sector, you cannot compare both. Unlike Nokia big auto makers are not complacent and constantly upgrading their tech, spend enormous amounts on R&D and do not take competition as lightly as Nokia did.

I remember the first day my cousin bought His Faw Sirus S80 which was a CBU and he opened the engine air filter box just to show me that its Air Filter is just like my terios and as soon as he open the tab the plastic which holds the tab breaks and the quality of plastic is just like a chinese toy

Chines are just copy cats. You make a phone and give them the product. They will give you 3 different qualities of your phone which costs less than orignal.

Chines can never make a high quality car like European or Japanese or American.

Because a copy can never compete the original product.

China's smartphone industry is actually Innovative

Brands like Xiaomi, Realme, OnePlus actually innovate

However, the Chinese state policy to force foreign car makers to have JV's with local co's and transfer technology resulted in Chinese local co's producing clone products of their JV partners instead of innovating themselves.

I still do have hopes from SAIC motor, Geely, and BYD though, I think they can be important players in the global auto market in the coming decades but the thousand other auto companies china has built, I doubt many will survive.

stop mixing things. Suzuki is also Japanese, but isn't that good. Same way, there are crap Chinese brands too, which we've seen mostly come here in cheap price segment hatchbacks. They all have been low quality junk.

DFSK i-auto is a completely different beast. Watch some YouTube reviews as a neutral. Car 1:1 comparison isn't there with Sportage as i-Auto is better.

But again, they have to first establish a support and service reputation in PK, for it to become a major success. Buying a Mercedes C, E class, brand new will be foolish because it has no support network in PK. Just car alone isn't enough..

Suzuki is a very authentic and High quality brand.

Just Pak Suzuki makes poor quality products but still better than Chinese products

The leakage issue is reported by two different owners so, there might be more out there. I complied both cases in below video.

It looks like either the issue with the weather-strip seal itself or there can be problem with the blocked drain pipes in the roof assembly.

Whatever is the case, it is highly recommended that KIA Pakistan investigate this matter , recall all models with the panoramic roof and inspect all Sportage and make sure that the roof assembly is properly installed, no drain pipes are blocked and replace any seals if necessary.

Problem can happen on any assembly line anywhere in the world and with any brand. Leaking sunroofs can happen and it happens in brand new cars even overseas. The point which is important is how the car maker later help the customer and resolve the problem.
