First the audio on the video clip related to this crash has been edited later.
As of airbags [ the narrator on video complaining of no deployment ], it will not deploy in that crash in which suspention breaks down and primary damage. The airbag deploy on frontal collision and the sensor is just behind headlight. The most fragile part the headlights are fine so why the airbag would deploy . In other words the damage is to undercarriage. As you said no damage to paint, reconfirms this.
As of suspension, I doubt this vehicle was on 50km/h and if even at 50, if you hit a deep pot hole or embankment or boulder , you can damage suspention. It surely hit the undercarriage really hard and even 40kmph is more than enough for suspention to break.
Like I ask you to hit a footpath at 40 or 50kmph at an angle so that your wheels hit it straight .. what damage you are expecting ? You can see a broken suspention, a broken wheels. You will not see damage to paint obviously, the damage will be done undercarriage.
Looks like misjudgment on part of the driver, who seems hit something underbody, at speed more than what a vehicle could handle in that situation.
As of damage to tire, well if the rim broke down, the wheel demounted from the rim under load, so visually on video there seems no damage to the tire, but there will be definitely surface damage to the tire.
