The car runs fine. But when i turn on ac the rpm drops to 300-400 for like 2-3 secs and than comes back normal. What could be the reason?

AC compressor is probably taking load. Does the acceleration improve considerably as soon as the compressor disengages? If you can feel the car shoot forward then it's probably the compressor taking a higher load than normal and the stock idling settings are unable to provide the higher power needed.

Should i go for Chinese IACV from Ali Express or Kalbi from Bilal gunj? Both price almost the same.

Been there, done that. Go for genuine. The kabli ones fail like clockwork.

Look up Parts Express on Facebook. They import genuine mitsubishi parts direct from Japan - they also give aftermarket Japanese options as well.

A genuine IACV will cost you around 28,000 - i bought mine last year in October.

As per owner's manual, if battery is disconnected, it is recommended to run car idle for 10 mins for re-learning.
I have had no issue.

So i should increase the base rpm and check? I have noticed that it also happens when i stop the car at signal and put the car in neutral. The rpm drops a little and than get back normal.

No, just check whether the car suddenly accelerates much better as soon as the compressor disengages.

These random rpm drops can also be caused by aging spark plugs.

There aren't any sudden rpm drops, it only drops as soon as i disengage the gear.

I think dirty iacv/ throttle body and aging plugs. Check both.

On cold start aswell, the rpm goes from 200-300 towards 1500 gradually.

@Xulfiqar Please suggest with your expertise. The car idles rough, During cold start it idles at 200-400 rom for 2 sec and goes up to 1500. When i stop at at signal the rpm drops to 400-500 and than comes back to normal.
Sometimes it works very normal and fine. But most of time i face this issue. What could be the cause? And how can i resolve it.

For anyone reading the forum.
If you face rough idle (rpm sometimes drop on idle), When you do complete car tuning must clean the EGR which is located below the throttle body. For me it resolved the issue for time being. Lets see the results in long term.
