I cant find ZIC Gear oils for Manual Tranny over here. I remember last time I put on the same on my Cultus.

I have been using LM oils for quite some time now. Last time I used the same oil in my Cultus and changed after 9K kms (with a top up of 0.7 Litres and oil filter change in the middle ). Incase of over-heating ZIC oils just gets vanished in no time, as I too previously used ZIC A/A+ and once over a problem in my radiator I faced up with an empty oil chamber.
If you want to stick to use ZIC then use ZIC XQ only.

Yes, I have been using the same thing for ages now Seiken Made in Japan.
But this time, I will try the LM Brake Fluid DOT 3. It is for Rs. 275 for a pack. Each pack has 250 ml.
I am somehow very inclined towards this German brand. Though its on the higher side price-wise.

Car is 48K kms old.
I think I can let it go for a couple of thousand kms more, will change that next time

i disagree with you on some points,i always write what i have experienced myself not just myth not just suni sunai.
I have tested osaka in one of my previous rides,in hot summers osaka leaves its concentration and become thin and many of the times it will become light green from dark green color after usage of couple of moths and you are lucky you didnt face any heatup with osaka previously,i am not promoting any brand here but just sharing my experience with you guys.
Premix coolants are not that dense which you have felt to be.

Hmm, summers and winters are really tough over that side
And I drain/replace coolent every 3-4 months of use.
I myself donot try to promote any songle brand, just explaining from my knowledge and first hand experience(s).

one more thing which i have never understood,what is lubrication of water body?
sir i am involved in autos business and know little ABC of it,water pumps have three components (major)1.bearing,2.seal,3router/smasher.
bearings are sealed at place of its internal balls they are pregreased by the manufacturer thus need no lubrication.
seals and routers/smashers are in contact with each other,seal prevents fluid from soaking the bearing and router smashes the water which come from one channel and is distributed towards other.
I will be happy enough if some one could guide me if i said anything wrong.

You are very right in that. Lubrication just means it reduces the contact friction with the water body comps, hoses, metals, radiator linings and other comps just to ensure steadily flow in severe condition case, and to decrease wear.
Just think the flow of regular water vs soap water

I bought a Liana RXI 2007 couple of months back and my previous car was cultus. I would like to share my experience with everyone after having driven the car for more than 7000 K.m during these two months.

First the good points

1. Awesome mileage on CNG
2. Decent Pickup
3. Great value for money
4. The drive is very comfortable and quiet

and the bad

1. The brakes are terrible
2. Lack of good mechanics for Liana

I would like to ellaborate the part about the mileage. I know most of you will find this unbelievable but I'm currently getting 235-240Km per filling in city driving. I myself was amazed at these figures as its a 1.3 Litre car and I'm pretty sure no other car comes even close. However, i would like to share with you how I'm able to achieve such a great mileage figure.

1. I keep it really easy on the throttle. My max speed is 80 Kmph within the city and I never cross 3000 rpm at any time.

2. I get CNG filled in early morning as the pressure is good at this time.

In the end I would like to say that before I bought this car I heard many bad things about it but they all turned out to be false. Liana is a great car and I'm really happy with my decision to buy it.

^ Good to hear that... I myself shifted to LIANA (Dec 2007) from Cultus this month. Mine is an LXi and the ABS brakes are great fun in that, no such worries...

Thanks Adeel Asghar for your email regarding contact details of Suzuki Laina CNG kit experts (Local street Mechanics).

Its my suggestion dont go to Suzuki own motors like Ali Jaan and Suzuki Minni motors in Lahore. They dont have any experts in their showrooms. Instead of rectifying problem they just simply advise U to replace the whole kit with new one.

As I already told you adeel that 3 months ago I purchased 2006 RXI and I was facing missing on cng and even on patrol, switching off after applying breaks, cng conversion to petrol etc.
