yes you are right, but when Govt and Institutions dont do their work we can do something at our side. Once me and my bro (on bike) were stopped by a highway officer in morning time (8:30am) and we had our headlight on which has crystal white led bulb in it. He called its illegal and u cant drive with it and bla bla, in the meanwhile we have seen a Mehran coming with white HID lamps i asked him to stop that car when it was at distant he rudely said, "Now you will tell us whom to stop or not, We know our duty very well and we are doing whats better"
