I've been using mos2 10w40 in my 2004 Cultus Since 2012. It has done 175k and the engine is still going good. Overall it's a very good oil. I was just wondering if there is a better alternate to LiquiMoly out there?

Liqui Moly has 2 plants in Germany only and does not allow addition of special additives based on the region.

Other oil brands offer this cushion to the local market, due to which, majority of the oils are fake.

Liqui Moly products are wonderful

Nothing is not good. Atleaet they deliver what they promise.
Selection of premium grade oil is personal choice.

I still fail to understand why liqui moly is not preferred in the agricultural, mining and hauling industry if its that good.

All those sectors purchase tankers and barrels of engine oil on a single order, the equipment they are using that oil is worth multiple arab sheikh palaces and downtime costs them close to a million USD/day loss.

Zulfiqar bhai, I am guessing people prefer LM in Pakistan, because it is selling in low volume, which means it is potentially available temper free. Whereas, the volume selling Shell, Caltex etx all have fake bottles circulating the market.

LM may not be the best, but you are more than likely to get an original product in Pakistan.

In my personal opinion, I used to pour LM religiously in my BMW E60, until I came across the Mobil 1 0-40W Euro formula (aka the Golden blend in the US) at a very good price. I was living in the Saudi Arabia back then, and fake products is not a big issue in Saudi market, so I quickly moved up the "value chain".

Check your user manual. It should have oil guidelines.

0W20 Total oil is what Honda is using at the moment so stick with it.

One can buy from a distributor or authorised reseller, - I never faced any problem with that, they sell it cheap too.
