Unless you get the actual mirror finish of chrome, painting silver will reduce light - the greatest effect will be with white as it is naturally bright and reflects the best after smooth mirror. But good job.

That used to be my first tackle on any Khybers rear lights, remove and wash lenses - paint white, cut out the side marker socket plug and insert new socket with bulb and connect to parking circuit with new branded bulbs all around. Pak suzuki being the cheapies they are conveniently forget such details.

if you can - then paint the insides of the reflector dome white - its usually black in khyber (I dont know why thought) - it will make the lights shine brighter

chrome spray paint or even silver would be even better

^^ plastic chrome is the best but cannot be applied with a can, the silver paint finish comes out dotted and gray not shiny and smooth like chrome. It may seem at first that it will do the best job but the white paint actually works better in this case.

But anything - even gray is better than black.

BTW wont it be better if we place 2 point bulbs(Double filament) on the corners aswell?
All 4 bulbs getting brighter when you brake?
I think Khyber,s standard brake light plug can light upto 4 bulbs.

dear I will ask him if this is possible. I think the socket is only for 5w bulb as suggested by Xulfiqar bahi. If we put the heavy bulb it might cause damage to the plastic cover of light due to its close proximity.

He will change the other one tomorrow INSHA ALLAH!

the space is only meant for 5W bulb - do not try to put a larger bulb in there it will be too close to the plastic lens rendering it quite useless - as the best reflection is when the bulb sits deep in the reflector. btw - the function of this is to illuminate the corners of the lenses not for brake application.

If you think that you need a more loud approach - install a high mount brake light on the rear glass.

stick on bulb type slim 3rd brake light would look perfectly in place along the top edge of the rear glass

i also found the place where the bulb is to be placed behind the reflector of my margalla. now how do i put a bulb inside

blue spark is the bulb just hanging inside the tail lamp or is it locked in place with a holder? (is the holder locked at the hole)
