Purchased new prings

Measurements
Old springs 14mm thick with 8 rings
Yellow springs (Replacement) 16.5mm with 9 rings

Replacement aka yellow springs are around an inch shorter in height but as they are strong they did not compress a lot.

Drive is better than before. Stopper doesn't hit rear axel anymore. I think now i will be fine with 7 people and some load.

Why buy used springs? Why not new ones

Sir New springs are china made and performance kits cost like an arm and a leg. Further, springs (if fine) wont make any difference because nothing is hidden in them. Rather they are good and suitable or not. its not like if someone have done some engineering to them which will be unfold after sometime.

do you have spacers at the back?

No Sir. I do not like spacer. I actually hate them as every Pakistani hate India.
They are fine but they are risky. You never know when they can go wrong. Plz do not opt for spacers

then why is your vehicle lifted from the back and bending forwards from the front

I will put some weight at rear of this vehicle and it will get fine

Anyone use diesel purge? What do you suggest if I use it for my 1KDT engine.

But i had no smoke problem, no fuel economy reduction or power reduction problem before using it... so ... understandable!

I have no smoke as well ........ Alhumdolillah

However I do get 6km/ltr in city. I can be because of rush area where I live or God knows what. I have 8-39 diff teeth which comes to 4.88 ratio. What fuel average do you get locally and what is your Diff ration? do you calculate manually with Full tank process?

Yours is a five door, so the average is fair. Diesel purge wont help. Although there's this thing called Super diesel additive, that can smooth up the ride, and pick up significantly.

Actually I am running rear Diff lock where 8:39 is rear to find. However, 10:43 with diff lock is like diamond in coal mine. it is kinda not available ...... 4.3 is very good combo as vehicle gets light at high speed so one can get better avearage. at least 7km for sure.

I tried hard and found one rear 10:43 but front wasn't available at all.plus changing both Diffs with oil is a lot of money. i.e. around 60k for diffs and 7-8k for OIL. So I said to me "Chal ren de".

Yes you are right.

Actually I should enjoy my ride and stop thinking abt additives. Because, I have very good and smooth engine (Masha'Allah). In cold winter after 5 days it starts after half self with 1 heater only. Alhumdolillah. Also my vehicle have no smoke at all. Alhumdolillah, Alhumdolillah,Alhumdolillah

Rear diff. of 10:43 is readily available in Lahore Bilalganj (gucchha only) for 15k (actually it was for 20k, but the guy took back the old one and adjusted 5k in price). Bought 1 for a friend's suv just 2 weeks back (that gucchha was the one that fits tube without diff lock). Front diff I never asked.

Yes simple is available but with active diff lock its hard to find

1996 (new shape prado) has the same tube and guccha. So that will also do (whenever you want to ofcoarse).
